As Museveni plans a secret visit for medical treatment this festive season, he enviously instructed his Rwandan National Congress Militia Commander, Kayumba Nyamwasa, to publish an online attack on the Rwandan President. Hidden in South Africa, fugitive Kayumba handles online platforms under the pseudonym RPF Gakwerere from which he writes smear on Museveni’s instructions.

His posts are lack substance, he simply abuses and insults Rwanda to distract from serious issues such as Museveni’s corrupt regime and most recently, his poor health. Losing more than 30kg in less than a month for a 75 year-old is a clear sign that things are not normal anymore. To distract and divert Kayumba Nyamwasa offers one of his fabrication on a supposed guest link to a Christmas Eve dinner. He would be the last person to have any information on such a matter.

He attempts to distract while trying to sow division by saying so and so is not invited. One has to wonder why he does not focus on his sponsor Museveni. Let’s call a spade a spade; if he loses 30kg in one month, how certain is he that a Museveni Christmas Eve dinner is not in fact a fare well dinner? At this rate, it might be the last Christmas his sponsors see!

Instead of writing encouragement and get well articles, prayers and get well soon wishes, Kayumba opts to waste time on unfounded fictitious tales. Perhaps he knows Museveni better, perhaps it will lift his spirits but it will definitely not stop his worrying weight loss and his secret illness.

With his Rwanda destabilisation project now completely in shambles, corrupt Museveni Mwene Kayibanda has now redirected his efforts to noxious propaganda against Rwanda.

His online anti-Rwanda propaganda team led by top RNC adherents like David Himbara, Gideon Rugali, Charles Kambanda et al are in overdrive, competing against each other in who makes the wildest conspiracy theory against Rwanda.

Disgraced doctor turned conspiracy theorist, Gideon Rugali has opened the floor with the most insane theory, where he makes petty accusations against Rwanda; he borrows pieces the late Rev. Christopher Mtikila book, a known genocide revisionist and theorist.

The failed doctor who aspires to enter the Ugandan Parliament through the back door by attacking Rwanda to prove himself to his puppeteer Mwene Kayibanda, is recycling the tired theory about the ‘annexing of Eastern Congo’ and the ‘plunder of the region’s resources’ to help salvage his master’s badly damaged image.

The same theory offers that when God was tucking natural resources like coltan, diamonds, gold, gas and oil, He did it guided by artificial colonial boundaries carved up in Berlin 130 years ago. The flawed anti-Rwanda theory provides that there cannot be any terrestrial resources once you cross from the DR Congo territory into Rwanda, and once found, should immediately be taken to the lost and found desk for the rightful owner to collect.

While dreaming up the anti-Rwanda theories, Rugali and other theorists under corrupt Museveni’s payroll, advance numerous factual mistakes and fabrications because they duly understand that their target audience is mostly made up of ignorant people who are not well versed with the geopolitical set up in the Great Lakes region. That is the reason they carelessly use words like RPA, to mean the Rwandan army, inkeragutabara as a ‘secret’ Rwandan army, while this is a reserve force constituted by the Rwandan policy.

All these theories, it should be noted, are aimed at trying to drag Rwanda into what is going on in DR Congo, where the Congolese army, FARDC has technically wiped out Museveni’s P5 militia which were created and deployed in bases in Congo as part of the Rwanda destabilisation project.

So, as Museveni licks his wounds, he would like the world to believe that what is happening in DR Congo is not its initiative to get rid of terror groups but bid by Rwanda to annex the Eastern part of Congo.

In Corrupt Museveni’s theory, the annexation would involve a territory covering an area of 1,537,867 km² which would be bigger than a combination of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania whose area is 1,766,491 km². The problem is that he expects people to believe such an outlandish claim.

Any sober mind would wonder what always goes wrong with Museveni lapdog Rukundo Rugari; DR Congo is an independent country with a democratically elected leadership with liberty to do whatever is deemed necessary to its people.

Besides DR Congo does not make any allegations against Rwanda, why does the conflicted Rugali drag Rwanda into Congo matters? Why write this trash? The answer is simple; he is a hired goon with mission to attack Rwanda and her leadership. As for Spyrepots allowing a Ugandan like Rukundo Rugali to publish this kind of nonsense through its channel confirms that Spyrepots is one of those blog sites bought by Museveni regime to spread vicious propaganda against Rwanda.

Uganda regime’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) sponsored Propagandist Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabirigi is once again fabricating lies in a bid to satisfy his direct supervisor Brig Gen Abel Kandiho.

Rwanda National Congress’s (RNC) propagandist Nuwamanya’s duties is to smear Rwanda, shamelessly forgeting that the same country he attacks is feeding and educating his four abandoned children and wife; Nuwamanya should be ashamed for having chosen his part-time girlfriend and fellow RNC member Prossy Bonabaana over his family.

The alleged missing person Rwema Gendarme is the husband to Prossy Bonabaana now Nuwamanya’s concubine. Rwema, Bonabaana and Nuwamyanya are active members of RNC, a terror group sponsored by the Ugandan regime to destabiliSe Rwanda.

Conflicted Nuwamanya and his part-time girlfriend Bonabaana have been actively engaging in RNC recruitment and fundraising activities in Uganda; under disguise of human rights activists, they have been holding meetings in various refugee camps in Uganda mobilizing people to join Terrorist Nyamwasa’s RNC, a terror group that has openly declared war on Rwanda.

The allegations of Kigali sponsoring Red Tabara and Mai Mai are baseless; the move is part of the Ugandan regime propaganda to create a false moral equivalence narrative about the rebel sponsorship. RNC’s Nuwamanya deliberately avoids telling his readers that Corrupt Museveni is the Chief Sponsor of terror groups that have destabilized the Great Lakes region for decades as revealed by the latest United Nations Group of Experts Report.

Rwanda has nothing to do with Rwema Gendarme’s disappearance; Rwema left Uganda to join Terrorist Nyamwasa’s ragtag militia in Minembwe, Democratic Republic Congo. In their known attention diversion games, RNC propagandists have blamed his disappearance to Rwanda. The #FreeRwema campaign is a scam meant to divert attention to blame Rwanda for the Uganda backed terror outfit (RNC) woes.

Titus Seruga was lied to by his paymaster the Ugandan Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI). After the Luanda MoU Ad Hoc implementation committee meeting in Kampala, CMI grossly misinformed its Belgium based mouthpiece in Seruga, aka Serubwa.

The confused troll who failed to secure asylum in Belgium based on a sexual orientation claim, went on to believe that the Ugandan side came out victorious when in fact the Ad Hoc meeting was a massive embarrassment for the Kampala regime . His CMI bosses — Abel Kandiho and CK Asiimwe as did not tell him that in the Ad Hoc commission meeting, Rwanda presented irrefutable evidence. The Ugandan side was so out of their depth that they proposed a secondary commission. In the meeting, they were faced with evidence including the Museveni’s regime support for armed militia, proof of their social media propaganda against Rwanda and their undeniable illegal and arbitrary detention of innocents Rwandans.

In the press conference following the Ad Hoc commission Sam Kutesa, the Ugandan Minister of foreign affairs, acknowledged that the Rwandan delegation presented confidential information on groups operating in Uganda against Rwanda and promised that his side would investigate. That’s all the Minister could come up with as he was still shell shocked by the mountain of evidence against his regime.

Usually, Kutesa is masterful in wiggling himself out of tricky situations. In one case, Museveni and Kutesa each took a $500,000 USD bribe from one Patrick Ho. Ho was convicted in New York for bribing Exhibit #1510 (Yoweri Museveni) and #1514 (Sam Kutesa). They both came up with a lame excuse that they thought it was charity money. Since then, Kutesa doesn’t travel to the US.

In September, during the first meeting of the Ad Hoc Commission, Rwanda provided Uganda with a list of innocents Rwandans illegally detained in Uganda. It was agreed that due process would be used to either charge or release Innocents Rwandans. The absurd kidnapping by CMI were to stop but instead it increased. Since September over 90 new cases of arbitrary arrests were reported.

The meeting was proof that the Ugandan regime had done nothing since the September meeting others than delaying the follow up meeting by not sending out invitations. And when their delegation hopes for a walk in the park with lengthy diplomatic lingo (in a communique) to say that nothing was done was refused by the straight talking Rwandan delegation; they were left breathless.

Unsurprisingly, Serubwa’s handlers —Kandiho and CK Asiimwe— opted for lies to save face. The Facebook mouthpiece is now busy repeating a lie that only makes his side even more ridiculous.

In his latest Facebook rant, the Belgium based CMI lapdog, Titus Seruga, alias Serubwa further revealed what we have always known that he is a CMI hired social media propagandist. In the post, he inadvertently confirms that he gets the anti-Rwanda content he posts from Ugandan intelligence sources.

In a rant where his intention is apparently to make reversed accusations that it is instead Rwanda that has been using media to discredit Uganda, he ends up making first-hand accounts of what transpired during the second Ad hoc Commission meeting in Kampala that was supposed to be a closed-door affair.

If the Ugandan intelligence could leak highly sensitive discussions from a closed bilateral meeting, how would you expect them to possess the goodwill ‘to call off their media dogs from publishing stories about the crisis,’ like Serubwa claims that ‘Uganda engaged Bukedde and New Vision?’

Contrary to what the CMI hired loudmouth claims, Uganda’s media attacks on Rwanda are not only limited to The New Vision and Bukedde, that is a silly diversion.

Everyone knows that there are dozens of blogs and established mainstream newspapers like Monitor, Chimpreports, Softpower, to name but a few, that have sold their professional souls to CMI with the sole mission of attacking and discrediting the Rwandan leadership. It’s a dishonesty to say that Uganda has no control on bloggers.

But here is the lamest of all cover-ups by the Belgium based CMI: That “a section of Ugandans have joined hands against Paul Kagame’s continued undermining of Uganda’s security and image and they are doing a good job on social media to fight back on Kagame’s Propaganda.” The ‘section of Ugandans’ he is referring to here, are without doubt the CMI hired social media mercenaries and RNC propagandists spewing noxious attacks against the Rwandan leadership.

What Serubwa is fronting is Uganda’s sensitivities because they felt uncomfortable when the Rwanda delegation presented and articulated their grievances that were backed by irrefutable evidence. This is what CMI, through their hired goons are referring to as ‘discrediting Uganda Government and blackmailing the Kampala regime.’

He also rants that during the closed meeting (whose discussions he was not privy to), ‘the Rwandan side then demanded that Uganda expels its citizens that criticize Paul Kagame and his regime.’ This is not only a dishonest account of Rwanda’s demands in accordance with the Luanda MoU during the meeting, but also a petty spin out of context by CMI. How can Rwanda ask Uganda to expel its own citizens? Rwanda has never been petty in any of its affairs.

It’s on record that Rwanda has made serious, valid and verifiable demands in accordance with the Luanda MoU, to which Uganda is also a signatory, among which are for Uganda to stop supporting and facilitating terrorist outfits whose objective is to destabilise Rwanda.

The other demand in the same spirit is that Uganda ceases to kidnap innocent Rwandans who are tortured and coerced to join the armed militias to fight against their own country. Uganda has time and again been told to prosecute, instead of holding innocent Rwandans in unknown dungeons without charge, which Uganda has failed to do until now.

Barely 24 hours after the Ad Hoc committee on the Luanda MoU implementation, Ugandan regime ruler’s Stooge David Himbara plays his role in the regime’s longtime plan to destabilize Rwanda. As their sponsored mouthpiece, the weed smoker relays a baseless allegation that the Museveni regime uses to justify the persecution of innocents Rwandans.

They no longer bother denying that they illegally detained, incommunicado and in secret detentions facilities, hundreds of innocents Rwandans. The Corrupt Museveni regime now tries to justify their cruel acts with a falsehood that Rwanda infiltrated their security agencies and that Rwanda kidnapped “refugees” under their protection. Himbara relays this line of defense that attempts to justify the persecution of innocents Rwandans and connects the arrest of the former IGP of Uganda to the extradition which he calls abduction of a deserter named Joel Mutabazi.

Joel Mutabazi, a deserter, is not governed by UNHCR refugees convention nor was he kidnapped. He was handed over in October 2013 by Ugandan authorities. The former Ugandan IGP, Kale Kayihura, was arrested in August 2018, five years later, probably due to the constant internal wranglers and the need for Museveni to once in a while produce a scapegoat for his failures.

Amongst the hundreds of innocents Rwandans illegally detained no one has been charged in the last two years with kidnapping. In facts, most of them have not been charged with anything at all! When Museveni’s Minister was pressed for answers, he used the “infiltration” excuse that Himbara is now duty-fully relaying.

To counter the irrefutable proof tabled by Rwanda in the MoU Ad Hoc committee, Himbara trivializing it as “a boy crying wolf”. Not a month goes by without the Canadian Police receiving an alert from Himbara, crying wolf assassins for almost the last ten years. Himbara would use his shadow as proof of his life being threatened just to get some attention.

When Rwanda said Uganda was attempting to destabilize it, it proved it to so much extent that only a blind man would not see it. Uganda has been caught pants down issuing passports to terrorists, facilitating their transports and meetings in Kampala. Almost all captured terrorist militias have links to Uganda and one terrorist militia was even captured with a mobile phone constantly talking to a Ugandan Minister. The call log revealed he was in communication with Minister Mateke before, during and after the Kinigi attack that claimed 14 innocent civilian lives.

Similarly, when Rwanda said there were armed militias in Congo forming groups to attack it, they proved it beyond reasonable doubt. In fact, the Congolese Army recently arrested over 1700 Rwandan militias who are bankrolled by Corrupt Museveni.

As for Museveni and his mouthpiece, they claim infiltration but do not even try to prove it in their own courtrooms. The truth is that Museveni is busy torturing innocents Rwandans hoping to extract confessions; they are then faced with a dilemma of how to produce injured victims of torture in court rooms. The Ugandan junta ruler then bankrolls trolls and propagandist like his stooge Himbara to buy time as he tries to figure out his next move.

The boy who screamed wolf is a better fit for those, like Himbara and Museveni, who make baseless allegations over and over again.

The masquerading “Professor” in Development hired by Corrupt Museveni to tarnish Rwanda turns out to be fraud. One can tell this by simply reading what he writes.

The RNC propagandist Himbara is said to have changed names to complete high school after crashing with the lowest possible scores. He changed his initial name Muruganwa to fake one Himbara with a decent high school records, his forgery constantly catches up with him as his posts reveal ignorance of very basic economic concepts.

The Museveni Stooge, Himbara writes that the recent Rwandan economic growth of 11% is not possible because its currency lost value to the dollar. The claim leaves economists laughing hard as devaluation of a currency can be a source of economic growth. If one holds a strong currency, local products are more expensive hence less competitive.

For the benefit of Himbara (or Murunganwa in this case), the current exchange rate means that for an importer of Rwandan product with dollars in his hands, they can buy more products in Rwanda. As a result, Rwanda products fair better compared to similar products produced elsewhere. Economic growth, an expansion of the gross domestic product, can be stimulated by a favorable exchange rate that make local products more competitive on the export market. With more willing to buy competitive Rwandan products, there will be more producers, more jobs, etc…

For any economists reading the confused Museveni Stooge’s post, equating currency fluctuation to currency collapse is equally ridiculous. All that Himbara showed is that the Dollar has been getting stronger against the Rwandan Franc. Yet the same is true with all other currencies globally meaning it is the dollar that is gaining value. The British Pound, the Euro, even the Ugandan Shilling have all lost value to the US Dollar. If Himbara was consistent in his claim then he would find himself sounding the alarm for other currencies too.

The reality is that Museveni found himself a useful idiot with a fake title. Museveni is angered by the Rwandan economic growth and he needs someone to cast doubt on the Rwandan success. He therefore pays a disgraced fraud like Himbara whom he turned into the Stooge to write smear to make himself feel better about his gross mismanagement of the Ugandan economy for the last 34 years.

When one considers that Himbara is paid by a regime that prints money to buy votes, the absurd economic analysis is somehow understandable. If Museveni cannot see how dangerous it is to print money for his economy, he cannot see how his Stooge Himbara’s article is laughable to economists.

On his RPF Gakwerere Facebook page, corrupt Myseveni’s RNC army commander, terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa has the audacity to accuse Rwanda of subversive activities.

Readers of his posts are not fooled that this is part of his reverse psychology mind games, where he wants to make people believe that his corrupt sponsor is an angel and Rwandans are evil.

But we all know that if anyone should be accused of subversion, Terrorist Kayumba and his corrupt sponsor appear at the top of the list.

Evidence exposing how Corrupt Museveni and his proxies militias groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo commanded by Terrorist Nyamwasato work tirelessly to destabilise Rwanda is overwhelming; this has also been revealed in the latest United Nations Group of Experts (UNGoE) report. Nyamwasa’s sponsor has become the godfather of terrorism in the Great Lakes region.

Therefore, no amount of mind games or blame shifting can erase the fact that terrorist Kayumba and his coalition of Museveni’s proxy militias are wreaking havoc across the regional thus undermining regional security.

Everyone can see that by appointing himself the spokesperson of the Belgian Government is merely trying to divert attention from his sponsor Museveni’s subversive activities against Rwanda.

David Himbara, Museveni’s stooge in tarnishing and smearing Rwanda and its leaders, is writing nonsense about handshakes with the Rwandan leader. Hateful and jealous that Rwanda has been receiving visitors, Yoweri Museveni instructed his lapdog propagandist to write rubbish about President Kagame.

Corrupt Museveni’s choice of lapdog to criticize handshakes and visitors with mockery was based on the known depraved nature of his propagandist. Himbara is famous for his lack of morality; he will do anything for money. The Rwanda National Congress (RNC) propagandist is known for his repetitive marriage and divorce, his abuse of alcohol and drugs, and strangely for his extra-marital affaires with younger men.

Museveni’s Stooge Himbara accuses others what he does best, the confused Smoker is not straight, and those who know him well remember his relationship with young men in his rented residential homes in Nyamirambo. If there is anyone with interest in dating fellow men is the weed-smoking Himbara.

To the Ugandan ruler hit list, Corrupt Museveni added the DR Congo President for visiting Rwanda and for working hard to root out Museveni sponsored militia groups from his country. The spite and anger that Museveni displays toward any positive news from Rwanda cannot be good for his health, already, the 75-year-old ruler of Uganda seems to lose his weight at an alarming rate.

The RNC propagandist is the one in love affair with men; Museveni has been courting his stooge Himbara with huge sums of money to write all sorts of rubbish about Rwanda and its head of state. But eventually, Museveni will dump Himbara when his smearing campaigns on Rwanda continue to flop. Clearly, with all the visitors and investments in Rwanda, the leader of the Ugandan junta will realize that funding an online campaign to tarnish Rwanda has yielded no fruits.

The disgraced, confused, polygamous and pseudo surgeon, Rugari has developed an obsession with Rwanda military officers. Much as tarnishing Rwandan leadership’s image puts food on his table; people should expect more of his senseless and melodramatic posts.

Gideon Rugali is hired by Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) under direct supervision of its boss Brig Gen Kandiho who coordinates the regime’s media campaigns to smear Rwanda. For Rugali having once been on CMI most wanted list, he has to cook up anything about Rwanda to justify his relevance to the regime.

One wonders why the Disgraced RNC propagandist Rugali, a Ugandan who also vies for Ndorwa West Parliamentary seat (on the ruling party ticket) picks so much interest in Rwanda; the answer is, Rugali is a terrorist working for RNC, a Ugandan regime backed terror group that has openly declared war on Rwanda.
