Yesterday Charles Kambanda wrote yet another bizarre story on his facebook page. The story, carrying the title, “Kagame: The Conspicuous Absentee in Davos” attempted to insinuate that President Paul Kagame “for the first time” was not invited to Davos, the meeting of global leaders on issues of economic transformation.

First things first, President Kagame was in fact invited to Davos, as has been the case year in and year out. This year, his busy schedule forced him to send his foreign affairs minister, Dr. Vincent Biruta to represent him. If Kambada was not too ignorant he would have to explain how Davos found it necessary to invite Dr. Biruta while at the same time “snubbing” President Kagame. Isn’t Kambanda a “Professor?”

Surely his ignorance can’t be to the point of not understanding basic matters of state protocol, particularly in regards to choosing to honor an invitation by attending in person or sending an emissary.

Only fools like Kambanda and his colleague Himbara, with titles that their brains cannot support, can make such preposterous statements. Interestingly, Kambanda concludes his post by affirming his ignorance despite the foolish claims. “I do not know,” he writes in response to his own question regarding Kagame’s absence at Davos.

If Kambanda wanted to write about Presidents who were absent at Davos he should have written about their boss, President Museveni, who last year found himself meandering there all the while not finding anyone to talk to because it was his first time there and Davos club members didn’t know him enough to engage him. Everyone saw the pictures where he ended up holding meetings with people like Winnie Byanima who he could have met at Entebbe State House back home. Yes, Museveni was that bored!

Snoops tells us that it was Winnie Byanyima who had pushed to get him invited. In the end he was so angry at her for the embarrassment of isolation that he departed for Uganda before the event ended. So there was no one to invite him this time around and no one to get angry at for isolating and embarrassing him. Kambanda and Himbara could learn from this embarrassing experience.

Meanwhile, President Kagame enjoyed a successful meeting in London where he gave a public lecture at the International School for Government at the prestigious Kings College, London. The school also committed to establish a public service training centre in Kigali. How’s that for success? More proof that Kagame’s schedule was filled is that on that same morning he held a breakfast meeting with 50 investors in different sectors and urged them to invest in Africa. The meeting was also attended by HRH Prince Willliam, Duke of Cambridge, who had earlier received President Kagame at Buckingham Palace. All Kambanda needs to do is google for the story and the pictures to go along!

Kagame’s delegation also held a meeting with their colleagues at the Common Wealth regarding preparations for this year’s CHOGM General Assembly that will take place in Kigali this summer. If Kambanda wasn’t a fool he would know that the meeting was also a success, with delegates expressing satisfaction that Rwanda was on schedule regarding all aspects of the preparations.

Kambanda, Himbara, and their friend Wilson at the Financial Times can go console themselves with their friends if Kagame’s success is giving them sleepless nights.

They should know that while President Kagame was very busy doing all the above, their boss President Museveni was busy explaining to Allan Kasuuja of the BBC how he has lost 30 Kgs by eating cassava, Irish potatoes and Millet! 😂😂

In the quest to advocate for Prossy Bonabaana, the self-proclaimed Human Rights Activist yet Terrorist affiliated with RNC; Titus Seruga, the Rwanda phobic troll under direct supervision of CMI boss Brig Gen Abel Kandiho, is once again putting the life of an innocent man in danger who alleges of having been sent by Rwanda to kill Bonabaana.

In less than six months, he has decided to publish a picture of an innocent man and label him as an assassin. Seruga, aka Serubwa, has made himself the prosecutor, the judge, and the jury but most importantly, he has made himself responsible for the faith of the innocent man.

On the 3rd of September, he published the picture of a taxi driver, Claude Mabrushaimana (probably misspelled Mbarushimana) and claimed that he was an assassin sent to kill a VIP. Only Serubwa knows why he deliberately puts individuals at risk by branding them as assassins and only he knows the ultimate faith of his victims. His post confirms a fact about Seruga, he is a hired online mercenary paid to harm, smear, and propagate hate online.

The Anti-Rwanda troll and failed asylum seeker in Belgium, will be held responsible for his threats. Eventually, Facebook or Belgium authorities will act and send Seruga where he ought to be, in prison or in a psychiatric asylum center.

Ugandan online troll Titus Seruga, who has been seeking asylum in Belgium, has last week moved to London for his new mission to organize demonstrations against President Museveni at the Uganda’s High Commission in London.

In a bid to conceal Seruga’s planed protests, the clown has come up with a fabrication that Rwanda is behind this demonstration as he moves conceal his treasonous acts against his own country

Ever since President Museveni announced his commitment to settle differences with Rwanda in his new year’ message; Kayumba Nyamwasa’s terror outfit Rwanda national Congress (RNC) has doubled its efforts in running propaganda meant to convince Uganda to halt the ongoing peace process that would lead to the normalization of relations between two countries

Terrorist Nyamwasa and other Rwandan dissidents have hired propagandists such Seruga, Gideon Rukundo Rugali, Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabirigi, Prossy Bonabaana and others to advance a narrative aiming at portraying Rwanda as a threat to Uganda’s national security.

This is how Seruga has come up with all sorts of fabrications, the latest being Demonstrations at Uganda’s High Commission in London; all of these anti-Rwanda online mercenaries are in total panic of losing their paycheques, since they have been milking the ongoing impasse between Rwanda and Uganda for personal gains.

The conflicted, nutty Seruga and his Anti-Rwanda propagandists are on the verge of losing jobs as Uganda moves to the implementation the Luanda MoU that will lead to the restoration of relations between two sister countries; Therefore, the public should expect more of such sorts of trash coming from their social media channels.

Titus Seruga, alias Serubwa, the Ugandan asylum seeker in Belgium now serving the people he fled from, the CMI, in their evil designs against Rwanda is a funny fella. The CMI mouthpiece is irritated that Rwanda’s reaction was not similar to that of hungry and long besieged refugees upon receiving relief food, when Uganda recently released 9 innocent Rwandans who had been illegally held for more than two years without any charge. This brings out the disdain with which CMI regards Rwandans, because they expected them to forget that there were more Rwandans still incarcerated where the 9 came from.

The denied asylum seeker Seruga and now CMI mouthpiece is definitely voicing the general sentiments of his bosses, who expected that Rwanda would stop advocating for her nationals who are still languishing in Ugandan prisons, no way nine is not all; all Rwandans in illegal detentions should be released unconditionally regardless of anti-Rwanda goons’ yapping.

We should ignore that the faggot refers to the released Rwandans as ‘criminals’ and concentrate on the way this comes out. ‘Everyone’ expected Rwanda’s response to Uganda’s gesture….’ One what does Seruga mean by ‘everyone’? The reality is Seruga’s ‘everyone’ means all those Rwandan fugitives roaming around the globe aiming at smearing Rwanda and undermining her leadership.

We all know that Uganda was not being charitable to Rwanda by releasing the 9 Rwandans and the other dozens they secretly dumped at the border at intervals previously. The ‘gesture’ is rather a reaction to pressure by leaders and other players in the region and around the world who expect Uganda to respect the Luanda MoU for peace to prevail in the region.

Titus and his CMI sponsors know thoroughly well that the release of the 9 innocent Rwandans is not the only issue Uganda should address in the Luanda MoU. There are others like support and facilitation to militias groups that are mobilising to destabilise Rwanda as well as running anti-Rwanda media campaigns that slander the Rwandan Head of State and his cabinet.

It is therefore arrogant on the part of the CMI and whoever else in Uganda expects Rwanda to jump and celebrate the release of the innocent Rwandans because this is just a small step towards solving the impasse. It is myopic arrogance to expect things to go back to factory settings by merely releasing 9 Rwandans, and actually an insult to the intelligence and dignity of Rwandans.

Titus should go and tell his CMI bankroller that Rwanda is not interested in what he calls ‘critics’ of Rwanda, they can keep them. What Rwanda wants is the release of her hundreds of innocent nationals rotting in Ugandan prisons and security agents’ torture cells and halt to facilitation of recruitment and logistics for terror groups who have established bases in DR Congo to destabilise peace in Rwanda.

Seruga should be reminded that EAC Treaty allows free movement of people, goods and services; Rwandans should move freely in Uganda just like Ugandans are freely moving and conducting various businesses in Rwanda, in the spirit of the East African Community. If they expect Rwanda to settle for less, then they need to fully address Rwanda’s concerns.

The conflicted character, Rukundo Rugali never ceases to shock people, as he tries to achieve his objective of becoming a Ugandan legislator. But like the legendary hyena, he wants to follow two paths (he would attempt to follow more if sees money and fame in them) and eventually he will tear through his ass.

While he tries to pull all the monkey tricks in order to impress and be noticed by the powers that be so that he can gain entry into the Ugandan Parliament, he is at the same time vying to be the top RNC executive, by outperforming everyone else in spewing anti Rwanda terrorism propaganda. He is serving two masters, or attempting to kill two birds with one stone.

But everyone has come to know the disgraced doctor as an unstable character. He is always all over the place, he can’t maintain loyalty to one master. His loyalty lies where there is money. It is a no brainer to predict that he would let go of one his present obsessions if a more lucrative one presents. Otherwise, how does he expect to serve the RNC while serving as the Ndorwa Constituency member of Parliament? Show the conflicted Rugali money and he will dance to any tune. He has no conscience, no morals, let alone integrity.

For money, the disgraced Doctor doesn’t find a problem with being an advocate of terrorism against Rwanda. That is why he doesn’t find a problem in sanitising terrorists like Patrick Karegeya and referring to them as ‘heroes’ and equating them to RPA fallen heroes. There is no bottom to what conflicted Rugali can do for money.

That is why he once was an accomplice of the PRA rebels, selling them medicine meant to save lives of poor Ugandans, and when his subversive activities were uncovered, he fled to Rwanda, only to be bought back to Uganda and since it was realised his problem is money, he is being paid as RNC propagandist to smear Rwanda.

The bankrolling by Generals Elly Tumwine and Deputy IGP Sabiti Muzeyi have kept him serving diligently for the RNC, with prospects of a seat in Parliament, but trust me, the bankrollers also know too well that he would switch sides in a second if someone else paid him more money. That is the conflicted Rugali for you.

The Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) online mercenary, Titus Seruga, is furious to see that seven innocent Rwandans are about to be released from illegal custody.

Uganda’s General Court Martial has just pronounced the release of seven Rwandans, including Rene Rutagungira, Claude Iyakaremye, Ernest Rwamucyo, and Augustine Rutayisire, innocent of trumped-up charges. Seruga and his CMI paymaster tried everything to have these innocent Rwandans maintained in illegal ungazetted detention facilities. They wanted more time to torture for confessions that will fit their narratives. Warmongering CMI and ISO spoilers will find this to be a bitter pill to swallow, Rwanda and Uganda are putting national interest first and disregarding unscrupulous characters like Seruga and his fellow online goons.

The release of innocent Rwandans illegally detained in Uganda is a key component of the Luanda MoU. In the 1st Ad Hoc Committee on the Luanda MoU implementation held in Kigali in September 2019, a joint communique was issued in which Uganda agreed to release innocent Rwandans or follow judicial due process in handling their cases. It should have marked the end of arbitrary arrest and incommunicado detentions for hundreds of Rwandans.

At the end of 2019, Rwanda and Uganda met for the second time in Entebbe for the Ad Hoc committee, Uganda had not kept its promise and had in fact escalated the persecution of Rwandans in Uganda. The Rwandan delegation made it clear, there would be no window dressing diplomacy on the subject of innocent Rwandans held in atrocious and inhumane conditions. The second meeting ended without a communique.

All along, CMI hired tool Seruga went out of his way to escalate the crisis further. Safely tucked away in an asylum seekers’ camp in Belgium, Seruga campaigned relentlessly for more arrests of innocent Rwandans whom he brands ‘criminals”, he wanted more provocations from Uganda.

Prolonging the crisis was Seruga’s way of ensuring CMI keeps him on their payroll as their Facebook mercenary, for that, he pulled out all stops. Seruga even began the year with an open letter to the Uganda President begging him not to release innocent Rwandans.

The open letter was a result of a leak that Seruga got from his paymaster Abel Kandiho, CMI’s boss, who equally did not want those he tormented for two years to be released. He leaked the information to Seruga that Uganda’s General Court Martial would release Rwandans; Seruga inevitably had to fight for his job. His Open Letter and his latest posts are kicks of a dying warmongering horse.

Titus Seruga, the hired Ugandan Military intelligence (CMI) online mercenary, is trying to create a moral equivalence for how Rwandans are treated by Ugandan security services. He does so by fabricating a story that Ugandans too are mistreated in Rwanda as Rwandans in Uganda are.

Seruga who is paid by the Kampala regime to throw insults on Rwandan Head of State, deliberately avoids telling his readers how all Ugandan nationals in Rwanda are well treated like any other citizens in the country. Those who happen to be arrested are investigated and charged following due process as opposed to Thousands of Rwandans who are illegally being held in ungazetted detentions without access to their advocates, families, and consulate.

In November, Ugandan smugglers were arrested, charged and sentenced. Throughout, a diplomat in the Ugandan Embassy in Rwanda was given access to visit them, and their families knew where they were detained, unlike thousands of innocent Rwandans who are held incommunicado in CMI & ISO torture chambers and safe-houses.

It’s worth recalling how Ugandan teachers who were caught working without work permits were given the opportunity to seek the proper documents; they went back to Uganda processed the documents and came to Rwanda, continued teaching.

Any Rwandan who is caught in Uganda with or without legal documents is abducted, tortured and held incommunicado without trial; Seruga’s sponsor CMI is at the forefront of these crimes against humanity targeting Rwandans in Uganda.

So Seruga, you are mentally incompetent to create such a moral equivalence; you should concentrate on your quashed asylum seeking application in Belgium or at least advise your regime to release innocent Rwandans (whom you have failed to try even in your Kangaroo courts) and halt support to terror groups plotting to destabilize Rwanda.

Titus Seruga, the known Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) Facebook mouthpiece, has just written the most amazing letter to his boss, President Museveni of Uganda. The failed asylum seeker based in Belgium did not like that Museveni is willing to peacefully resolve the Rwanda-Uganda crisis.

In an open letter to your sponsor, Seruga aka Serubwa, you are worried that the 75 years old Museveni is taking a soft stance. Such a stance poses a threat for your much-needed CMI income so you openly petition for war. To anyone who had the displeasure of reading the open letter, it is clear, Seruga wants war at any cost. To ensure the crisis doesn’t end, you also try to provoke Rwanda with your usual insults in the letter hoping to sabotage the normalization of Rwanda-Uganda relations, which is also in your country’s interest.

Seruga, aka Serubwa, you are lying and reporting rubbish. All your allegations and so-called Rwanda’s crimes lack evidence. You are not a victim, you are a known Uganda Military Intelligence (CMI) agent paid to throw insults to Rwandan leaders. Seruga, you don’t want peace between Uganda and Rwanda, the so-called open letter is another form of sabotage to the peace process between two nations. This cannot help Ugandans you purportedly speak for.

Seruga, you say that Rwanda has squeezed Uganda’s nose too much but still do not provide a piece of single evidence to back your accusation. On the contrary, Rwanda suffered all sorts of provocations from Uganda. For instance, hundreds and hundreds of innocent Rwandans are being persecuted, illegally detained without trial or charges, tortured and forced to join anti-Rwanda terrorist groups. Furthermore, the Museveni regime is on record for supporting terror groups (RNC, FDLR, FLN, RUD-Urunana) with intentions to subvert Rwanda.

Mentally deranged Seruga, you should be reminded that President Kagame traveled to Entebbe in February 2018 to meet President Museveni, he also met him in Addis, he has as well been receiving Museveni’s special envoys who carried his private messages, all was done in an effort to resolve tensions between two countries; it is only you who cannot see that this was done with respect to diplomacy and the Ugandan leadership. If diplomacy for you is hypocrisy and empty rhetoric, you should know that Rwandan diplomacy is honest and frank.

CMI tool, in your letter to Museveni, you call victims of the ongoing persecution of Rwandan nationals in Uganda criminals. You do so to justify CMI’ s cruel action but do not address a key question; if they are criminals, why are they not charged in the courts of law? The Rwandan government made it clear that its nationals should either be charged or released since Uganda lacks evidence on their cases.

Disgraced Seruga, you claim to be a pure Muganda, why are you meddling in Rwandan internal affairs? Why are you always publishing insults to the head of state of another sovereign country? Is this what you call respect to diplomacy? Your behavior proves that you are indeed a hired online mercenary whose mission is to distort facts and instill hate and divisions amongst citizens of Rwanda and Uganda.

The allegations that President Kagame funded crimes in Kampala are baseless with no evidence; Rwanda has never had any links with ADF. There is overwhelming evidence to the contrary that instead, Uganda has been supporting terror groups to attack Kigali; as revealed in the recent RUD militia attacks in Kinigi, Uganda’s regional affairs minister Philemon Mateke was in constant communication on mobile phone with the attackers that killed 14 unarmed civilians and withdrew to Uganda. Known for your usual warmongering fabrications, you provided no evidence of the so-called link between Rwanda and ADF. Bizarrely, it is only Seruga, from your asylum in Belgium who links Rwanda with ADF, even your fellow CMI trolls don’t attempt your storyline as it is simply crazy and unfounded.

With regards to your media propaganda accusations, It is important to recall that Uganda runs a series of website and blogs, social media accounts (Twitter and Facebook) that constantly attack Rwandan head of state, the first family and his cabinet; your Facebook is among those accounts established to throw insults. You only get incensed when your lies and fabrications are challenged, this will hurt you forever.

The mentally incompetent Seruga, none will actually believe your poorly coordinated fabrications on Rwanda, where were the so-called 400 refugees killed or repatriated from? Is it in your hideout in Brussels? Since Uganda has not brought that case against Rwanda, the rest is pure imaginations.

Conflicted Seruga if you wish for war, will you fight or feel it from Brussels where you are spreading your war propaganda from.

If the people you work for see sense and decided to move away from this situation that actually does not benefit them and Uganda (that he claims to have at heart); it is up to you to go forward with warmongering writings.

Rwanda won’t be swayed by your lies and hatred; it will always play its role in the stabilization of the region as it has done it in the past.

The Commander of Museveni’s RNC militia Kayumba Nyamwasa is struggling for attention as he fails to lure people into his terror group that has been categorically suffered serious blows in 2019.

Hoping to get the youths’ attention he has now resorted to writing rubbish on the upcoming Miss Rwanda pageant. Terrorist Nyamwasa who was diagnosed as mentally unfit, is the only person in this world who can link RPF to Miss Rwanda competition; for his information, this is an independent Beauty Pageant that is organized and sponsored by non-government entities mostly companies in the private sector that have nothing to do with the Ruling Party.

Being out of ideas to tarnish Rwanda and its leaders, terrorist Kayumba’s allegations show nothing but his idleness and failure in all his attempts to paint Rwanda black.

For many years, Miss Rwanda has been taking place every year and one among the many contestants is crowned to represent the country throughout the year. The Beauty pageant is based on one’s beauty, brain, and cultures as well as the confidence and ability to express oneself. The crowned girl represents the country in other beauty contests worldwide.

Fugitive Nyamwasa just like Himbara and his fellow anti-Rwanda trolls will always distort facts about Rwanda’s tremendous economic growth in attempts to gratify their paymaster Corrupt Museveni. Rwanda registered a double-digit (12.2%) economic growth in the last quarter which saw the International Monetary Fund revise their earlier projections of economic growth in 2019 to 8.5 percent from 7.8 percent citing higher than expected growth for Rwanda’s economy.

Coming up with lies about Miss Rwanda, terrorist Nyamwasa is diverting his readers’ attention. 2019 being a terrible year for him and his militias, fugitive Nyamwasa keeps fighting hard to hide away his failures by smearing Rwanda and its leaders. His coward character is revealed in his posts on his anonymous Facebook page “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere.”

Museveni’s stooge, David Himbara, could not help himself. With heavy rains, some of the most severe in recent times, Kigali braved floods and its emergency preparedness responded on time as opposed to the recent floods in the Ugandan capital Kampala.

Himbara who writes on behalf of Museveni, spewing venom to destabilize Rwanda, recently criticized preparations for the heavy rains. As a functional state, Rwanda’s meteorological agency issued warnings, and populations living in hazardous areas were moved. Himbara (who wished that many Rwandans die from the high risk zones) criticized the operation calling it inhuman, and all sorts of propagandist jargon.

These were lives saved by planning and coordination which his sponsoring state doesn’t bother with. Instead, Museveni blamed God and Ugandans probably as he preferred to check on his cows before planning a secret medical trip. His stooge, meanwhile, is instructed to exploit everything that might harm Rwanda, even a natural calamity forgetting that hundreds lost lives in the recent floods in Uganda.

After 34 years of gross misrule, corruption and nepotism, the only strategy of the Kampala regime is to use Rwanda to distract and scapegoat. While holding hundreds of innocents Rwandans in illegal detentions and torturing them without a case, the Corrupt Ugandan ruler Museveni does not care about Rwanda when he is sponsoring attacks on their motherland, therefore his weed smoking Stooge Himbara is not fooling anyone.
