CMI sponsored troll Bob Atwine of Spyreports exposes his bankroller’s character

Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) sponsored Anti-Rwanda mouthpiece Spyreports run by Andrew Katusabe, Musiimenta Delight and Bob Atwine; is again attempting but also failing to drag Rwanda into Ugandan mess.

This is a diversion trick used by a the regime to hoodwink Ugandan citizens that endless murders and abductions are sponsored by foreign states. Loudmouth Spyreports is one of those mediums paid to just do that.

Let us start off by pretending we are more English than the English, shall we!
Since you think you are a tutor of English, tells us what this is, and I quote: “Uganda is home to millions of Rwandans, they are leaving more happily now….” how can they be happy and yet they are leaving Uganda? You live and leave one day…but it’s useless trying to teach a bigot. but its ok to make grammatical mistakes in spoken than written English.

May Spyreports also be reminded that in spite of Uganda being a member of the Commonwealth for centuries now, and benefiting from millions of pounds in scholarships, Uganda doesn’t appear anywhere in the most recent English Proficiency Index, not in Africa and not in the world. it is not surprising, seeing the English in spoken Uganda and that one written in its “Smearing Rwanda” campaigns.

However, Spyreports, since you put the English language as one of the points on your charge sheet, let me remind you that if the murder of the English Grammar were a crime, Uganda would be under a different leadership today.

Spyreports, while you falsely accuse Rwandan leaders of every death that occurs in Rwanda and the region, have you no shame?

Mayombo, Kawesi, Ojok, Kirumira, Nyakairima, to name but a few were all killed by State Mafias who are ordered to eliminate any potential candidate illegible to challenge the current ruler. Blaming Rwanda for your endless mess won’t hold water.

Let us conclude in English, dear Spyreports, you just told us that Uganda is home to millions of Rwandans, and they are leaving….do you still think a referendum to determine where Rwandans prefer to live is necessary?

Alert Rwandan hacked to near death in Kisoro as Uganda endorses persecution of Rwandans countrywide

Phineas Ndayambaje, a Rwandan farmer was on January 31, hacked to near death by a gang of Ugandan men linked to security organs who claimed that they were taking revenge on Rwandans following a recent call made by Kisoro Resident District Commissioner Capt. (rtd) Peter Mugisha; he rallied Ugandans to hunt down Rwandans and unleash all sorts of brutality on them including killing them until they leave Uganda.

Phineas Ndayambaje

Ndayambaje owned a Shamba in Kisoro District where the attackers found him, hacked him on the head, hands and legs.

He narrowly survived death and managed to escape the attack and crossed into Rwanda. He is currently hospitalized in Cyanika.

According to him, there is intensified manhunt and persecution of Rwandans in Kisoro; their properties are dispossessed and some are murdered in cold blood.

The current situation in Uganda seems to be escalating to a well-orchestrated xenophobic attack on Rwandans with authorities encouraging Kisoro residents to attack their citizens of Rwandan origin. Several have been attacked, women children and the elderly are severely beaten or hacked, Rwandan buses are stoned while driving on highways.

Over 840 Rwandans have since 2017 been arbitrary arrested, tortured and dumped on borders with Rwanda. Tens of those eventually succumbed to injuries sustained during the severe torture by Ugandan security operatives.

An incident worse than that of Ndayambaje happened on December 31, 2019 when a Rwandan national identified as Mbonabaheka Celestin was attacked by a machete-welding gang at night in Kisoro and hack him to death.

Mbonabaheka who hails from Burera District was dealing in interior décor.

Following his death, Ugandan Police hurried to bury him at Kisoro cemetery without an autopsy or even informing his family. His burial was only attended by Ugandan police officers who brought the body and the undertakers.

Cases of xenophobic attacks against Rwandans in Uganda have been ongoing. Another Rwandan mother, Nyiramwiza Pascaline, 25, was hacked by her Ugandan husband, Musinguzi Moses who chopped off her arm.

Musinguzi unleashed his murderous rage on his spouse on grounds that Rwandans are not liked in Uganda and that he would kill her for being Rwandan the same way Ugandans kill Rwandans.

The case was reported to Uganda Police but no single arrest or investigation was done about it.

Prior to Nyiramwiza’s hacking, Nyirarudodo Drocelle 40, and her daughter Uwineza Emerence 14, were severely beaten to near death in Kisoro District, Uganda.

Weeks earlier, two men, Emmanuel Maniragaba 32 and John Sebudirimba 60 were attacked by officers of the Uganda People’s Defense Force in Kisoro District and beat them to near death. It was later established that one of those men, Sebudirimba, was mistaken by the security agents to be Rwandan.

Also, in November last year, UPDF rounded up over 300 Rwandans in Kisoro District, a few of them were dumped at the border while majority others were taken to an unknown jail cells.

Serubwa Comparing His Volongoto Paymaster’s System to Functional States Like Rwanda

In a country led by liars and demagogues, truth hurts even those purported to be in exile! Seruga who faked asylum on sexual orientation claims, going as far as faking a same sex marriage, is not taking anything to chance that might compromise his CMI paycheques. He claims Rwanda is lying about the hundreds of innocents Rwandans illegally detained in CMI safe houses.

In Uganda security forces kill its people and Rwanda shoot Ugandan criminals. Not so long ago, a mad Ugandan Police Officer shot dead a young man claiming to be shooting a mad dog! One also remembers the killing of Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi aka Boby Wine’s driver. They shot him point blank and simply dusted it off as something they will investigate. As for Boby Wine, he was beaten so badly that he had to seek medical attention abroad.

If Serubwa thought Rwanda is lying, he should and interview the hundreds of survivors of CMI dungeons. If he were a human right defender as he claimed to be, Serubwa would have to speak out against his paymaster. Some survivors carry scars of beatings, electric shocks and chemical burns. He would have to talk to those waterboarded, and listen to those whose private parts were cruelly crushed. If he wanted, he could talk to mothers whose babies were snatched from them. But the coward will most likely stay glued to his CMI sponsored narrative of denying facts.

Uganda is still engulfed by insecurity including in the parliament. His claim that Ugandan problems were sponsored by Rwanda are ridiculous. Members of parliament are beaten, that’s when they are not fighting in parliament, but worst of all Uganda is still marred with assassination. Who has forgotten how Joshua Ruhegyera Nteireho Rushegera and Merina Tumukunde were assassinated on Entebbe Express by a Ugandan Police Officer? Or women killed in an apparent deliberate targeted fashion in Kampala sparking a protest?

Uganda is grappling with insecurit so much that in the eastern region, parliament last week was debating how to send additional UPDF Brigade in Karamoja.

The situation is so bad that even Cabinet Ministers call for help with regards to their own safety. Barely six month ago, State Minister of finance for investment and privatization Evelyn Anite held a press conference denouncing that the “mafia” in Uganda wanted to kill her. Serubwa cannot blame anyone but his CMI paymaster, diversions to Rwanda are as fake as his consumed bogus same sex marriage.

Ugandans know that everything Rwanda is accusing CMI of doing to its citizens is true. As they say, the proof is in the pudding. CMI’s utter brutality towards Ugandans is fact, their mistreatments of Rwandans is also fact. When Rwandan security is obligated to use deadly force to arrest criminals, it is an exemption. In most cases they send criminals to court, the Ugandan authorities know this as they are allowed to visit Uganda criminals in detention. But when Ugandan security officials follow due process, its an exemption, they call it volongoto!

A LIST OF THE UGANDAN REGIME’S VICTIMS

Kampala based Anti-Rwanda Channel Spyreports Uganda run by Andrew Katusabe, Musiimenta Delight and Bob Atwine are stretching their imaginations to make money from the Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI). They are sponsored to smear and tarnish Rwandan Head of State and his cabinet.

35.          Edidian Luttamaguzi, peasant leader in Semuto, 1981. NRA legend has it that Luttamaguzi was hiding the Ugandan ruler in his house and government troops came to surround the place to kill the Ugandan ruler. The Ugandan ruler hid up in a tree and as the UNLA troops killed Luttamaguzi, the Ugandan ruler perched in the tree watched helplessly. That was on June 9, 1981 and that is why the NRM marks that day as Hero’s Day because Luttamaguzi saved the Ugandan ruler’s life by refusing to tell the UNLA where the Ugandan ruler was. It is the NRA that killed Luttamaguziin order to stiffen the hatred for Obote among the Luwero peasants. The Ugandan ruler created this story of his narrow escape as one of the NRA legends. That day in 1981, the Ugandan ruler was not in Uganda but in Nairobi signing a merged agreement between his Popular Resistance Army and Yusufu Lule’s Uganda Freedom Fighters.

36.          Ahmed Seguya, first commander of the NRA, 1981. Poisoned on orders of the Ugandan ruler.

42.          Thompson Sabiti, civil servant and son of late Anglican Archbishop Eric Sabiiti, 1983. Clubbed to death near the Lake Victoria Hotel and the Ministry of Planning in Entebbe by the Ugandan ruler’s NRA men and the Ugandan ruler blamed his death on the bodyguards of the vice president Paulo Muwanga. The Ugandan ruler wanted the Protestant Bahima community to turn in large numbers from Obote and become more loyal to the NRA. Sabiti was a good target.

During the time of the Nairobi peace talks in December 1985, the Ugandan ruler ordered two sisters working as prostitutes and informers forthe NRA, Margaret and Anne Katanywa, to help get rid of Kabundu. Margaret and Anne Katanywa convinced a UNLA officer they were dating; Lt. Col. Obonyo that Kabundu was an NRA rebel. Obonyo had Kabundu taken to the Lutembe beach off the Kampala-Entebbe road where he was killed, his buttocks cut off in order to show that the Tito Okello regime was not sincere about peace talks through this action of murdering the Ugandan ruler supporter. Two years before this, the Ugandan ruler had used the same tactic in killing a prominent Muhima in Entebbe, Thompson Sabiti.

52.          Robert Ekinu, deputy secretary of the Treasury, 1988. He was shot on orders of the Ugandan ruler on a peace mission with other Teso ministers like Stanislus Okurut, the killing blamed on the Teso rebels, so as to paint the Teso rebels in a bad light and justify the Ugandan ruler’s aggressive military offensive there. Kayondo was a consistent critic of the NRM’s anti-democratic tendencies and the Ugandan ruler ordered him silenced.

87.          Mukono, Uganda Posts & Telecommunications employee, 2000. Mr. Mukono was gunned down at his home in Namungoona the day before he was supposed to testify at a commission probe into shady activities in the company. The killers, sent by the Ugandan ruler, left with Mukono’s briefcase where he had put files and official documents of evidence.

88.          President Laurent Desire Kabila, head of state of the Democratic Republic of Congo, 2001. Shot dead by bodyguard of Col. Kahinda Otafiire. An ESO intelligence officer confirmed to Reuter’s agency that Kabila was dead when the rest of the world was still guessing.

89.          Spencer Turomwe, opposition mobiliser and husband to Betty Olive Kamya, 2001. Although he was HIV-positive and was killed by Military Intelligence agents dressed up as doctors using a slow-acting poison injection because of his influence as a mobiliser and vocal NRM government critic. The government said they hoped his widow Betty Kamya would be intimidated by their murder of Turomwe but instead she became bolder as an FDC envoy.

90.          Agnes Katama, managing director of SWIPCO procurement company, 2002. She was murdered and her death was blamed on a staged car accident on the Kampala-Fort Portal road because she was beginning to question too much the huge corrupt deals involving the First Family in government procurements.

91.          Brig. Gad Wilson Toko, former minister of Defence, 2002 Murdered in fake accident. Toko during a session of the peace talks in Nairobi had walked across the table and slapped the Ugandan ruler, shouting angrily why the Ugandan ruler a Rwandese was determined to fight “your wars in our country.” the Ugandan ruler never forgave him for that public slap.

92.          Christine Kania, a member of the Constitutional Review Commission, 2002. She was killed on the same day as Brig. Toko

93.          Deus Mugizi, former Uganda Airlines manager, 2002. Gunmen came to his home in Bunga outside Kampala and as his mother pleaded for her son’s life, they said they had not come for property but for his life. Mugizi had protested many times at the sale of Uganda Airlines’ routes to the new EastAfrican Airlines which is owned in part by the Ugandan ruler family. He also knew about the four Airbus planes that Uganda Airlines was supposed to have bought and the Ugandan ruler siphoned off the money.

94.          Jonah Mulindwa, cameraman with Presidential Press Unit, 2003. He was an eyewitness to some dirty dealings that the Ugandan ruler was conducting in State House. The Ugandan ruler has a secret room in State House which only he opens, where he keeps a statue of himself surrounded by bones, skulls, and witchcraft items. One day, the Ugandan ruler’s wife opened the room, saw the skulls and bones and almost fainted.

95.          Francis Ayume, Solicitor General and attorney General, 2004. Shot dead by Anthony Butele and them accident faked. Family was discouraged from viewing Ayume’s body. Ayume had been a strong critic of the Third Term project and was viewed as presidential material.

96.          Robinah Kiyingi, Kampala lawyer and country director of Transparency International, 2005. Shot dead outside her home just outside Kampala. She had gathered damning data on her laptop computer on the massive corruption personally sanctioned by the Ugandan ruler for his family. Transparency International had estimated the Ugandan ruler’s worth was at $4billion. The Ugandan ruler gave away his hand in Kiyingi’s murder by saying he had a great interest in following how the case and trial were going.

97.          John Garang Demabior, First Vice President of Sudan and chairman of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, 2005. Killed aboard the Ugandan ruler’s helicopter. Garang had come to Uganda to demand back a huge cache of arms belonging to the SPLA which the Ugandan ruler had stolen and could not account for. The altimeter on the helicopter was tampered with in order to endanger the craft and the SPLA using global positioning systems established that the helicopter came down inside Uganda and not Sudan as Kampala claimed.

98.          Sgt. John Atwine, alleged killer of Robinah Kiyingi, 2005. Poisoned in Luzira prison to cover up evidence of his framing and the Ugandan ruler’s role in murder of Robinah Kiyingi.

99.          Kevin Aliro, Managing Editor, Weekly Observer, 2005. One of the Ugandan ruler’s main methods of dealing with his opponents since the 1990s has been to hit them when they are HIV-positive and in that way few people see the cause of death as foul play. He did this with Spencer Turomwe and Kevin Aliro, one of the courageous critics of the government. Patriotic sources in intelligence who are disgusted with the Ugandan ruler’s handling of the country passed this information on to the Opposition that Aliro was actually killed using the poison spray that Winnie Byanyima had feared the government would use on Colonel Besigye while in Luzira.

Rwandan couple persecuted in Uganda returns home

A Rwandan family of five that lived in the Bunyoro region of Uganda has returned home after suffering persecution and dispossessed of all their belongings.

Elias Manushimwe, his wife Emerance Iradukunda and their three children had lived in Uganda since 2017. Of recent, Ugandans started seizing their yields and were constantly being told to leave Uganda and go to cultivate in their country. Despite working hard for their children Manushimwe and Iradukunda lost everything to a gang of men who works with Ugandan Police and Ugandan authorities in persecuting Rwandan nationals in that area.

Authorities in Uganda are also spreading toxic propaganda that whoever attempts to use the official border will be killed; they encourage everyone who intends to go to Rwanda to use a porous entry. Ugandan authorities are also tightly watching any person who is returning to Rwanda and ensure they don’t take any money or property with them.

Manushimwe and Iradukunda had close to UGx 800,000 which they lost to Ugandan authorities who told them that they can’t take money to Rwanda.

The persecution of Rwandan in Uganda has escalated by multiple folds. Even women, children and the elderly are beaten up, locked up and the lucky ones are dumped on borders with Rwanda.

Worst, others are killed and secretly buried by Ugandan authorities. Rwandan buses are regularly stoned while on the highway. In recent shocking cases it emerged that babies have been separated from their mothers and disappeared.

Mothers are dumped at the border and violently thrown out of Uganda without their babies. Kayirere Julienne, a mother separated from her child, has been looking for her baby Joanna Maniranzi since September 2019. Sadly, even some survivors of torture have succumbed to injuries sustained during their long arbitrary and illegal detention.

Ugandan regime shows no sign of stopping the persecution of Rwandan nationals on her soil; this violates both the East African Community treaty on free movement of people, goods and services as well as the Luanda Memorandum of Understanding.

NRM Aspiring Candidates On A Rotten Path, Inspired From The Top and Sponsored By CMI

By John Mugisha, Political Analysts

There is a proverb that a dead fish rots from its head that seems appropriate looking at NRM cadres. It is painful to see how skewed slogans from the NRM top about a borderless Africa affects petty job hunting political peddlers to write nonsense in search of attention at the bottom. The Ugandan ruling elite cannot digest hard cold facts on the Rwanda-Uganda crisis; they caused it. So they quickly pivot and fall back to denial, insults, and misinformation via CMI controlled media and attention seekers like one Sam Evidence Orikunda.

In a speech to the Diplomatic Corp in Kigali, the President of Rwanda said it; stop persecuting Rwandans and plotting with her enemies and the border will automatically open. It is an inconvenient truth, the Ugandan regime is holding hundreds of Rwandans without trial, in secret detentions, under torture and some innocent Rwandans have died from the gross injustice. What reasonable government, in the world, would let its citizens travel to a dangerous zone where they risk persecution? Sadly, the truth has the Uganda NRM regime spinning.

They closed the border by abducting, torturing and killing Rwandans in a frantic search for scapegoats. They should have thought about the dire consequences of persecuting their neighbors. Now, the Ugandan economy suffers as a result, they lost over $450 Millions US Dollars. Bordering towns and businesses in Uganda are crying to their leader to normalize trade with Uganda and Museveni agreed, he actually made the promise to do everything thing possible to solve the crisis.

The border closure is a symptom; the cause of the illness is the hostile policy (the persecution and support for groups hell-bent to destabilize Rwanda). In a coordinated propaganda operation, CMI and NRM want to address the symptom while they continue to cause the illness. To do so, they attempt a token for token logic claiming they released 9 innocent Rwandans hence the border should be opened. They forget that hundreds more are still illegally detained.

It is spurious and circular reasoning in Matooke Republic. Their leader’s simplification of the hostile persecution based crisis to a mere border closure infected and spread like cancer. It has become the norm in NRM, to get attention and possibly an appointment, one shows how anti-Rwanda they are hoping to be noticed by CMI and NRM. Selfishly, they aggravate the situation by ranting that no Rwandans are arbitrarily arrested, tortured or killed in their persecution. With a ton of evidence, such denial is offensive.

Their claim that there is no persecution of Rwandans is wrong. If that was the case, where do they find Rwandans to dump at the border with scars of torture? How do they justify that in September 2019, CMI stamped documents accompanied 32 Rwandans released from illegal detention?

The Keys for closed Rwanda-Uganda border are with Museveni. He could open the border overnight by simply releasing all those who were kidnapped by his intelligence services on fabricated charges. He can, with a simple decision, distance himself from hostile groups. If he needs to travel all the way to Angola for the revelation, for a second time, that he holds the key then so be it.

Failure to deliver security, development, democracy and all other promises made 34 years ago, NRM has not stopped scapegoating tactics. Uganda is infested with crime, killings, abductions, and torture of political opponents. Sam Evidence Orikunda can ask Boby Wine, he will know who shot his driver and beat him to a pulp. There is so much failure in NRM governance for them to focus on instead of unleashing their trolls, aspiring candidates and hostile blogs against Rwanda.

If NRM and its heads focused on corruption or security in Uganda, they will find no time to do anything else. Its chaotic volongoto system would be turned into something productive and would prevent scapegoat hunting. Aspiring candidates in NRM would begin to write about policies and focus on delivery as opposed to amplifying falsehood and rot from above.

Brainless Terrorist Nyamwasa blames Rwanda for NRM failures

CMI trolls have been instructed to adopt the strategy of designating Rwanda as the fall guy. The plan is to blame Rwanda for all NRM Government failures, in order to give their paymaster talking points before Ugandans and NRM delegates, however awkward this may make them look in the process.

During the campaigns for re-election for their paymaster’s life Presidency, RNC goons led by Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa wants tell Ugandans that Rwanda prevented his bankroller from delivering services to them, and if they elect him, his priority would be to deal with Rwanda! Now all the CMI propaganda machinery have jumped onto the bandwagon and are blaming Rwanda on everything, including the collapsing economy, floods, their sponsor’s failing health, and climate change!

The cowardly corporal as he calls himself Nyamwasa, who has opted to post vitriol against Rwanda under the Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere alias, has come up with the award winning conspiracy theory to portray Rwanda as the culprit in NRM’s past present and future failures. In what seems like a pre-emptive rant in anticipation of failure by the NRM in the upcoming elections, the terrorist rants that Rwanda is planning to influence Rwandans living in Uganda to boycott the elections or vote against the NRM. This is a clear symptom of NRM panic.

But if this were to happen and Ugandans of Rwandan origin vote against the Ugandan ruler and his NRM, would anyone blame them after the manner in which the Ugandan ruler has treated nationals of Rwanda. Instead of blaming Rwanda, the NRM should take a good look in the mirror. The NRM does not need enemies because it is its own enemy. Decades of making bad choices are the principal cause of their quandaries.

Also, the latest attempt to draw the Rwandan community into the NRM mess is portentous because it can only point to the fact that this could be used as a pretext to harm them ahead of the elections in order to intimidate them into electing the NRM. The talk about Rwandan plans is just a diversion.

Bob Atwine And Gideon Rukundo Rugali Combining Efforts To Tarnish Rwanda

When propagandist Bob Atwine meets fellow hostile troll Rukundo Rugali in the anti-Rwanda campaign, they produce world class smear and fabrication. Bob Atwine is directly linkable to a series of CMI (Ugandan Military Intelligence) sponsored media outlets such as Spyreport and CommandPost. Atwine meets up with one Gideon Rukundo Rugali, the NRM-RNC Facebook activist, to cook up a fake assassination attempt against Rukundo.

In trying to generate attention and in line with their usual practice, the rumor of a fake assassination will soon fly over all over their hostile blogs and Facebook accounts. CommandPost will most definitely repost the rumor, both CommandPost and Spyreport Uganda are the same. On Facebook, they merely charged names but thanks to page transparency functions, it is now a verified fact, both managed by Atwine.

When Spyreport writes that Rukundo Rugali, the alleged target, is a surgeon married with 5 children, they deliberately omit a long list of embarrassing details. They forget to mention his past as a hunted PRA terrorist (anti-Museveni rebels) by CMI and how he was turned from a hunted terrorist to a pseudo-activist paid to smear Rwanda. They omit to say how Rugali was recruited by the Ugandan Minister for Security, Elly Tumwine, and the Ugandan Police Deputy IGP Muzeyi Sabiti. Unfortunately, both men did not manage to tame Rugali. His indiscipline eventually got him fired for insubordination. None of them came to his defense when Diane Twine, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, threw him out of Mulango Hospital.

Rugali’s loss of income at the hospital was catastrophic for his family. Spyreport, deliberately, forgets to mention that Rugali is actually polygamous. The Facebook troll has two wives and counts well over 8 kids by the last count. He is also one of the few trolls known to have an official function in the “RNC Uganda Province”, Rugali is its Commissioner in charge of communication and media. But as if that was not enough, Rugali is also a self-declared NRM MP candidate for Ndorwa West.

Bob Atwine and Gideon Rugali’s stunt is a frivolous attempt at placing a troll in the Ugandan Parliament. The troll, who suddenly went quiet, is desperate to get attention and support. They want him elected for being Anti-Rwandan to serve the Anti-Rwandan agenda, what better way than to scream wolf?

As December paycheque delays, CMI’s pay-per-post agent Seruga sends out false assassination alarms

CMI’s pay-per-post Belgium based Facebook mercenary is the conduit through which CMI vents its frustrations and emotions. When you want to read CMI’s mind, you only have to read Serubwa’s Facebook posts.

In his recent post, he talks about a plot to assassinate Uganda’s very powerful first brother and two intelligence officials.

But we have come to know that these are diversionary tactics employed by CMI, whenever they drain their operations facilitation account. See, they are big spenders and live a lifestyle of Mexican drug cartel bosses, thanks to the loot from the operations funding by Ugandan tax payers.

When the account starts showing red, the CMI mafia bosses send out false assassination alarms through their strategically placed online sirens (Titus Seruga, Spyreports, Commandpost, Eyalama news etc), and they use this as an invoice to ask for more facilitation funds from Ugandan tax payers.

Also, their Rwanda phobia and guilt due to the heinous human rights crimes they have been committing against Rwandans has deprived them of their peace of mind. This is the principal reason they are always hallucinating about being assassinated. The guilty are always afraid of even their shadows.

In bid to lend validation to their incongruous claims, the CMI mouthpiece Seruga alleges that when the South African intelligence chief visited Uganda with a delegation from the country’s security agencies in December last year, he was there to ‘learn from Uganda how to contain DMI (sic) agents.’

However, Lt. Gen JM Nyembe, in his own words had this to say about the reason of his visit to Uganda: “It is important that we see things on the same wave length, we identify problems and together come up with solutions,” he said, adding that sharing ideas and advising each other on current global challenges like terrorism, unemployment, climate change and migrations, among others will make Africa prosper.”

There is nowhere in his statement where he even slightly mentioned Rwanda or assassinations. But trust CMI mouthpieces like Seruga to milk every statement for money, literally (pun intended).

However, in Kinyarwanda we have a saying that says that even crazy people state some truth in the course of their crazy rumblings. The same goes for Titus Serubwa, who receives first-hand CMI intel whenever they want him to smear Rwanda and its leadership.

In this post about CMI imaginary assassinations, he confirms and puts to record what we have been talking about concerning Uganda’s first family and the powers they wield over Ugandans: This is what he had to say: “Uganda’s First brother, General Salim Saleh “who until now still yields a lot of power in who is appoint where in the military….”

He also reveals that he has privilege access to ‘high priority’ intelligence information in these words: “Those who had planned to Murder Gen. saleh were arrested and still under the custody of the army. This matter is however kept under the carpet in order not jeopardize investigations which are high priority.” Except that we know without doubt that this is euphemism for more innocent Rwandans abducted, tortured and illegally held by CMI on trumped up allegations like these ones.

CMI’s Hired Facebook Mercenary Seruga In Trouble As “anti-Rwanda” Campaign Yields No Results

Titus Seruga is in trouble with his CMI (Ugandan Military Intelligence) sponsor as he failed to yield any result in his anti-Rwanda campaign. Seruga wind-hocked CMI and Brig Gen Abel Kandiho and now has to pay the price. The online mercenary is publishing that his life is under threat but he is too afraid of Brig Gen Kandiho so he blames Rwanda for his death threats.

Seruga aka Serubwa is also a prolific con who is finding it hard to stay in Europe. Initially, he flew to the Netherlands and claimed asylum on grounds that homosexuals were being persecuted in Matoke Republic. When his asylum claim failed, he moved to Belgium and organized for gay marriage with a national; that too failed miserably. He also tries the “human rights activist” card but it was too late, no one believed him.

Seruga’s nonsense noise that Rwanda is threatening him is just another con, trickery to secure himself from the wrath of CMI. His paymasters will make him pay back all the money they offered him to tarnish Rwanda as the campaign flopped. The “Rwanda is after me” excuse will not work with Brig. Gen Kandiho, Serubwa will either payback CMI money or face serious consequences.
