Rwanda National Congress (RNC) in Uganda has just blown its cover with a serious breach in their internal communication. The leak exposes how RNC is structured and how it operates with the Ugandan regime’s support to the point of organizing meetings and elections establishing a whole committee making Uganda an RNC Province. Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) online peddlers of the RNC propaganda are now desperately trying to hide the elephant in the room; RNC in Uganda.

Not so long ago, Top RNC officials offered interviews in Uganda state-owned media. Kayumba Nyamwasa, David Himbara, Leah Karegeya, and others were given front pages in the Uganda state-owned The New Vision. It’s a fact that RNC is operational in Uganda; even President Museveni admitted that in a press conference on the 25th of March 2019. Back then, Museveni gave an example of how RNC militias were intercepted in Kikagati. Unfortunately, he released them after a few days and they ended up in RNC military base in Minembwe, Democratic Republic of Congo just to be recaptured by DRC’s Army FARDC and extradited them to Rwanda. They are now facing trial in Kigali.

Museveni and the Ugandan government are aware of RNC in Uganda; the Ugandan ruler has been meeting Rwandan dissidents attacked to Kayumba Nyamwasa’s terror group; for instance in Museveni’s letter to President Kagame, he admitted having met Charlotte Mukankusi, the RNC head of diplomacy at the State House. In the same letter Museveni claimed to have met her accidentally. Details emerged later that Museveni issued a Ugandan Diplomatic passport to Mukankusi to facilitate her movements in Uganda and across the globe.

RNC Uganda operates in broad daylight; denials issued by their CMI funded partners are silly – to use a polite word – as it contradicts what the Ugandan junta leader stated. Ofwono knows very well that RNC agents coordinate its activities in Uganda, the likes Deon Nyirigira (Owner of AGAPE Church in Mbarara), Christopher Busigo Frank Ruhinda Dr sam ruvuma are all RNC regularly assist CMI in arresting and torturing innocent Rwandans that refuse to join their terrorist enterprise. Ofwono Opondo, the Uganda government spokesperson’s claims that RNC in Uganda does not exist is ridiculous and it turns out to be a sort of insubordination. One has to wonder how Museveni will react to Ofwono contradicting him directly.

CMI trolls and the Uganda government spokesperson should contain their dismay that RNC is incapable of keeping anything confidential, it is in part due to the special treatment they are given in Uganda. Stomach filled with CMI funds, the RNC predators are unable to hunt; they seat and wait for their next meals.

In line with the Uganda Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence (CMI) program to mask violent Rwandan militia groups, Col. C.K Asiimwe – CMI Deputy Director ordered a new Rwanda National Congress (RNC) structure in Uganda. The terrorist organization restructuring followed in the shortest scope possible the establishment of a fake NGO Self-Worth Initiative (SWI) to masquerade as humanitarian organ. The frivolous attempt has come to justify how Uganda is institutionalizing hostile movements against Rwanda.

In the new structure, we have come to learn that C.K Asiimwe decided to spare Prossy Boonabana and Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi whom he thinks should focus solely on the mandate and operation of SWI as masqueraders of human rights. Nevertheless the NGO’s prime responsibility is to smear Rwanda and demonize image of her leaders. In so doing, there is also an aspect of protecting them from RNC label amidst roaming internal wangles. RNC is a terrorist organization responsible for grenades attacks and numerous other terrorist activities. With the help of the Ugandan regime, they have armed militias in Eastern Congo that loot, kill and rape as they try to establish bases to attack Rwanda.

The RNC label carries a heavy burden of all atrocities committed and to make matters worse, RNC’s alliance with genocidal militia group FDLR, recently came to light with the arrests of FDLR’s Ignace Nkaka alias LaForge Fils Bazeye and Lt Col Jean Pierre Nsekanabo alias Camara who served as the terror group Spokesperson and Intelligence Chief respectively. Let it be reminded that in Prossy Boonabana, Sulah Nuwamanya has a mistress who he regularly passes over to CK Asiimwe, sharing her as a common good. Sulah Nuwamanya is immoral, he plays these games with Boonabana while forgetting that he abandoned his wife and four children penniless in Rwanda, they are now the beneficiaries of the Rwanda’s social security for school fees and medical care.

CMI’s opposition for the inclusion of Asiimwe’s protégés (Prossy and Sulah) serves both their agenda to keep their fake activists “clean” of any armed militia filth. In their reasoning, Nuwamanya and Boonabana online attacks will have more credible as activists in their fake SWI NGO. Predictably, their scheme falls apart with a simple check what SWI actually is.

In its incorporation documents, the RNC Ugandan executive committee has two representatives in SWI; Gideon Rukundo Rugali (also an NRM aspiring parliamentary candidate) and Emmanuel Mutarambirwa who are both in the newly elected RNC Uganda executive committee. While it is perfectly understandable why Nuwamanya and Boonabana do not want the RNC terrorist badge, and that CMI believes the two serve better their interests when sanitized as activists, their association with RNC are still too easy to prove. Col. C.K Asiimwe should have tried harder in concealing his protégés identities.

On his Facebook page, created specifically for his CMI assignment to attack Rwanda and her senior leadership, Titus Seruga alias Serubwa, the CMI Social Media attack dog is now publishing his bankroller’s wishes.

Nothing would please the Ugandan First Family and the head of that family more than a weakened Rwanda.

This is the reason why Serubwa is so obsessed with posting about an imaginary ‘rift’ in the Rwandan army leadership.

Serubwa is merely expressing the wishes of his paymasters, who stand to benefit from a disjointed Rwandan army, because they have realised that their distabilising attempts using Kayumba’s RNC and allied terrorists have yielded no positive results.

Now all they are left with as an option is to sit, wish and invent things. Hence the Belgium based loud mouth’s post presenting the wishes into possibilities.

It is no secret that #Exhibit1510 mwene Kayibanda has always wished to see Rwanda becoming a “failed state”, he is envious of Rwanda, especially her army which has managed to become one of the most professional, disciplined and organised armed forces.

It eats him to the core when he remebers that this highly disciplined army was part of his NRA once upon a time, which has never been the same since their departure in 1990.

He was left with a bunch of toy soldiers, whose situation has been made worse by his corrupt and nepotistic ways, where promotions and other professional benefits depends on how close one is to the First Family and their few friends.

Museveni cannot stomach the fact that the RDF has become a world class army that trancends nepotism, and other corrupt ills which cannot be said of #Exhibit1510’s personal army, which he uses as he pleases.

The RDF is a law abiding army, built of world standard military tenets, where everything follows a set of rules and regulations. Mistakes are punished in accordance with the law, and so is recognition of excelelnce.

Also, the father of terrorists is not happy due to the fact that the RDF is highly sought after by the UN for peacekeeping missions around the world, due to its professionnalism.

This therefore, cannot be an army of ‘rifts’ like the CMI attack dog and his masters have been insinuating.

Only if wishes were horses, Rwanda would dissappear from the face of the earth. Dogs like Seruga will bark but will never deter Rwanda from advancing her development agenda.

The Ugandan Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) Facebook tool, Titus Seruga aka Serubwa, is working overtime to earn CMI money. Based in Belgium, he failed his political asylum claim and resorted to searching for a fake husband to secure his residency in Europe, that too didn’t work out for him. He then opted to smear on Rwanda to get CMI money as supplement to the social security cheques he gets from well wishers.

CMI money doesn’t come easy; to earn it, Serubwa has to constantly smear Rwanda by blaming it for all that is wrong in Uganda. He basically has to create a scapegoat for the numerous crimes committed by the Ugandan regime ruler, Yoweri Museveni. The workload must be unbearable, with 34 years of criminal acts, it is not easy to pin Museveni’s crime on anyone else.

Serubwa, in one more fruitless attempt to tarnish Rwanda and its leaders, tries to blame Rwanda for those Museveni killed mainly for opposing his nepotistic kleptocracy. He mentions a few iconic figures assassinated by Museveni forgetful that some of his victims actually foretold Museveni’s heinous reflex to kill them.

Museveni’s victims call it the “mafia”, a befitting title for the small clique that orders political or business assassinations in Uganda. The Mafia—the family— is what has ruled Uganda for 34 years with Museveni as President, the wife as Minister, the son as An Army General and future President, the in-laws as Ministers, the daughters as Advisors, the brother as General etc…

Titus Seruga knows this and he is paid to cover the murders of those who opposed it. He labors hard to blame Rwanda by creating a fiction that the leader of Rwanda is like the ruler of Uganda. Unfortunately for him and his CMI sponsors, Ugandans are not falling for his lies. Not a month goes by without a violent protest crushed with live bullets, tear-gasses, pepper spraying not only on Museveni’s political opponents but also on poor university students. Seruga’s sponsors even unleashed the army on a student protest over school fees; students were beaten, raped and killed, all in an effort to force their stay in power.

Seruga, however, prefers to push for more hate speech targeting Rwanda but it always backfires as the truth eventually comes out. On the late Gen Aronda murder, for example, the widow accused her husband killers at the funeral citing that the official “heart attack” version was a pure fabrication. Museveni was present at the funeral and he could barely hide his discomfort.

One the Aronda murder, Museveni kept changing the official version, changing from “Aronda was in a car” to “Aronda was in a plane”, typical diversions in Museveni’s murders. Importantly, no single Rwandan has ever been charged — even in abstentia— of the murders Seruga tries to pin of Rwanda. In fact, the Museveni regime actually swept away any investigation into the matter to hide their guilt.

The fact is, Seruga’s scapegoating techniques have once again hit a dead end. Even Ugandan comments on his post prove this as he is regularly abused for working for the oppressive Kampala regime. No amount of spin and distortion will cover Museveni and his CMI 34 year long criminal enterprise, Seruga will always pay a high price to defend the indefensible.

Titus Seruga, alias Serubwa, the Belgium based vuvuzela on CMI payroll has been frequently posting scornful statements on his Facebook page laced with arrogance. He is now daring Rwanda in these words: “Every other day Pilato makes statements (threats), why can’t he try and move his troops just close to the Ugandan border and see how fast he will be wiped away.”

These and his other previous posts have left no doubt whatsoever in suggesting that Rwanda risked annihilation in a confrontation with Uganda. Coming from a well-known trusted CMI operative, these statements cannot be taken lightly.

The CMI gun-for-hire loud mouth Seruga finds it convenient to bark from a western capital, because he would be spared the consequences in the event that his wishes came to pass.

While this CMI operative dares Rwanda to ‘move her troops to the Ugandan border and see….’ He should be excused for if he was not out of touch with the reality on the ground, he would know that Rwandans troops have never been deployed far from her borders with any country.

Furthermore, the track record of Rwandan troops for protecting Rwanda’s borders has always been nothing short of perfection. Rwandan troops have never been found lacking at the battlefield or in peace. Perhaps he should ask his paymasters for a brief history of their past encounters with the Rwandan troops, his direct supervisor in CMI Brig Gen Abel Kandiho should tutor him about the Kisangani 1 & 2; those who were there can’t dare make such provocative statements.

CMI-RNC tool Seruga should be reminded that those who have dared to destabilise Rwanda’s peace have paid the price for it; for instance, the recent incident of his Museveni backed FDLR-RUD-Urunana that attacked Kinigi last month, RUD rebels were neutralised and captives are now testifying against Museveni. This is actually enough to send a message to Seruga to the effect that Rwandan troops are not in the habit of bluffing.

Titus Seruga commonly known as Serubwa, is a tool of Ugandan Chieftaincy Military Intelligence (CMI) and Rwanda National Congress(RNC rebel group). He is on the payroll of Abel Kandiho (the head of CMI) to tarnish Rwanda and its leaders. Following slanderous writings from other Kampala regime’s mouthpieces, Serubwa alleged that Rwanda was provoking Uganda after Rwanda security agents shot two Ugandan smugglers.

Serubwa however, did not include the cause of the shooting in his Facebook post. Instead, he emphasized on smearing the Rwanda national security agencies calling them criminals. In this particular incident, Serubwa ignored that criminals are those who support illegal activities such as using porous borders that rebels use to destabilize Rwanda. In September, rebels that attacked Musanze District used porous borders and killed innocent Rwandans. Five of them were captured and admitted to having been recruited and trained in Uganda.

Although Museveni’s mouthpieces keep dodging the genesis of the incident, Rwandan National Police cleared the air by narrating what really happened. “The smugglers became violent and assaulted police officers who reacted in self-defense shooting dead two while the rest escaped. The deceased were identified as Job Ebishanga 32 and Bosco Tuheirwe 35 both Ugandans.” Rwandan National Police statement read.

However, the Rwandan National Police added that an investigation into the incident has started. It further condemned violent behavior by smugglers and urged the public especially those residing along the common border to focus on legal commercial activities using official points.

Regardless of how Serubwa and his fellow anti-Rwanda propagandists keep twisting stories to sympathize with lawbreakers, they should be aware that illegal acts are not tolerated in Rwanda.

On his RPF Gakwerere Facebook page, Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa calls for redeployed Generals in Rwanda to rebel and commit treason. In Rwanda and in almost all other countries, the Commander in Chief of the armed forces has constitutional powers to reshuffle the military leadership whenever deemed necessary. He certainly does not need to seek approval from a wanted terrorist like Kayumba Nyamwasa.

Those he calls houseboys in his Ugandan sponsored online attack are well trained and skilled military officers committed to defend their nation. They are not like him who fled the country in fear of being held accountable for his treasonous crimes. In Kayumba’s terror group, Rwanda National Congress, they serve themselves with no higher purpose. It is about individuals who are consumed with titles and self interest.

That’s why his Ugandan regime sponsored terrorist enterprise is plagued with mutiny, factions, and internal wrangles; they serve nothing but their self-interests.

After the annihilation of his ragtag group of fighters and capture of many others, including his field commander Mudadhir Habib, Terrorist Nyamwasa has been experimenting with many alternative occupations, including that of dream interpreter on all matters to do with Rwanda. The terrorist’s recent experiment is on being ‘a military analyst’ on Rwanda. His ‘case study’ is the recent Rwanda cabinet reshuffle that saw the Commander- In- Chief of the Rwanda Defence Forces appoint New Chief of Defence Staff and The Reserve Force Chief of Staff.

Happening in the same period as his recent frustrations and humiliations, and out of anxiety and panic, terrorist Nyamwasa has been reading too much into the exercise, hence the motivation for his ‘analysis’ where he refers to the changes as ‘recycling.’
But he is to be excused because he knows not about the intricacies of management and administration, let alone Rwanda’s unique way of doing things, which has seen her succeed where many, including his mentor Museveni have failed.

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa and his sponsor are averse to the rigors of keeping the state machinery in a constantly well-oiled condition for better performance.
Unlike Rwanda’s results oriented leadership, Terrorist Nyamwasa’s sponsor Museveni never reshuffles his leadership, his favoritism based appointments last longer as his presidency. In Terrorist Nyamwasa’s poor analysis, he believes Rwanda should follow suit.

The fact that his calibre could not cope with this unique way of working led to his failure as a military leader in Rwanda and took the cowardly option of fleeing. He now turns green with envy to see his valiant colleagues being recognised by their country and being appointed in various capacities that are in tandem with their competencies.

The terrorist would rather prefer the chaotic modus operandi of his bankroller #Exhibit1510 where public office and military positions border on hereditary – where leaders make threats once they are moved and the status quo is maintained. In his benefactor’s backyard, appointments are not on merit, but follow the criteria of nepotism, son-of-so-and-so, who-is-who, who knows-who, and what relations one has with the first family. One only needs to look at many of Museveni’s appointments to his advisory council to realise how he takes Ugandans for granted, and how he runs the state like a personal kiosk.

If there is any recycling, terrorist Kayumba should be talking of the UPDF where generals have refused to officially retire from the army to give way for a new generation of military officers, where they continue to siphon state resources by drawing salaries and benefits and influence peddling.

Terrorist Nyamwasa’s rants on social media are not only meant to try and appease his benefactor #Exhibit1510 who is getting wary of their persistent combined failures, but also to find a hibernation strategy since their designs on destabilising Rwanda have not only come crumbling on them. His RNC terrorist outfit, like all others allied to it, is disintegrating every passing day. On the other hand, all is not well for #Exhibit1510 who has to wake up every day to protests from different sections of the population, as they start to realise that they have been living a lie for the last 34 years.

David Himbara is usually furious at anyone that praises Rwanda, when the South Africa President praised Rwanda, the weed smoking propagandist unleashed a vicious attack on President Cyrill Ramaphosa. Attacking Ramaphosa is, however, no news since distorting every success story about Rwanda is what puts food on the Weed smoker’s table

Himbara could not digest that Rwanda is cited as an example in cleanness and ease in doing business. He must have been worried when President Ramaphosa said that he actually sends South African officials to learn best practices in Rwanda.

The RNC propagandist did not take it well, it was a hard pill to swallow, the self-proclaimed economist Himbara still has the guts to attack a whole President that harbors his boss, terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa.

Although, the South African President praises were based on facts, Himbara will simply not having it, praising Rwanda automatically attracts a hailstorm from him. Himbara and RNC’s deepest fear is that the SA rapprochement with Rwanda will eventually lead to their boss’s extradition to Rwanda, RNC henchmen should be reminded that their chief terrorist was convicted by Rwandan courts for crimes against humanity.

In fact, the South African President is not the only person praising for Rwanda. As he praised how one stop centers make doing business easy, it merely corroborated the World Bank that rates Rwanda second on the African continent in its doing business report. The IMF, Legatum Prosperity Index and many more.

The RNC propagandist simply lost his marbles and could not formulate a logical argument. In his attack, he comes up with a ridiculous line that South Africa has nothing to learn from Rwanda simply based on a primitive comparison of the two countries GDP. The professor of hate lacks knowledge about countries’ development indicators, he thinks South Africa with its high GDP can’t learn from Rwanda yet there is a lot a state can learn from another regardless of being a big economy.

Countries exchange best practices in a number of fields. South Africa can learn from Rwanda and vice versa. As South Africans and Rwandans were welcoming President Ramaphosa’s comment, Himbara became the odd man out with his negative comments. It proves that Himbara is truly the Professor of Hate.

In his agenda aimed at silencing and suppressing any positive news from Rwanda, he is sponsored by Museveni who is equally hurt by positive news from Rwanda. The weed smoker should take the South African President’s praises as a call to reality, in some aspects even Museveni his sponsor would do well to seek advice from Rwanda.

The alleged spy that the anti-Rwanda network is farcing about is supposedly a student who went to Canada on government scholarship in exchange of a spy mission. Utterly nonsensical! Of what credentials does Nadege or whoever she/he is to become a spy without thorough training? And later claiming to seek asylum from the Canadian government is just cliché.

In most cases, and now in Nadege’s, when their travel permits are near expiration and their stay is in jeopardy, they come up with ridiculous claims to aid them seek asylum. With Nadege, she is being used as a medium by anti-Rwanda forces such as Judi Rever to drive their anti-Rwanda propaganda further. (Link to related article)

They made her confess to criminal activities in exchange for her asylum; this has become a weapon used by anti-Rwanda forces to secure their stay in comfy European countries at the expense of slandering Rwanda.
