Seruga Titus, alias Serubwa, the CMI gun-for-hire posted on his Facebook yesterday a speech of President Kagame appealing to his leaders about service delivery, and writes “Why can’t we attack this pencil thin guy today?”
But ironically, below his post, he asks: “is this about the Makerere riots? Enanga Fred said there was foreign financing for the rioting students…..mbu” This very post betrays the general mind-set of CMI and its sponsored anti-Rwanda media militia. They talk before they think.
‘Suspicion always haunts the guilty mind‘, says William Shakespeare. It explains why the word ‘riot’, in whatever context, brings CMI and their trolls to a high level of alert and irritation.
The President of Rwanda, like he always does, was actually emphasizing to his leaders why they must continue to put Rwandans at the centre stage because serving and changing their lives is a leader’s core mandate. This, of course, concept is foreign to CMI and their media trolls. They would rather defend state mismanagement even if it results in agitation by the people, they believe that they can use their military power to violently suppress their people.
The talk of ‘foreign financing of riots’ is the usual CMI troll scapegoat talk where blame has always to be apportioned to anyone else. But it’s their government that has decided to focus on supporting elements destabilizing neighbors whilst forgetting about its own people. If there is anyone that should be ‘attacked’ by Serubwa and his CMI trolls gang, it should be Museveni (aka #Exhibit1510) who has abandoned his people and concentrates his energy on supporting terrorist organizations bent on destabilizing Rwanda.
Except that the President of Rwanda was only citing examples from around the world where failure by leaders to deliver services have resulted in protests because people were tire of being used like motorbikes, where they elect leaders and instead of the elected leaders staying loyal, they ride on the backs of the people who elected them. Apparently, that makes CMI trolls tick and call for a fight.
