Apparently, the delusional street urchin thinks highly of his Facebook posts. According to him, he has been ‘exposing killing in Rwanda.’

Recycling the tired rant by his fellow anti Rwanda mercenaries abut ‘foul play’ in regard to the death by suicide of Kizito Mihigo, the nincompoop even claims he was killed in ‘broad daylight.’ Like all the CMI goons, the Belgian harlot has communication challenges, especially when it comes to the English Grammar. In order to let us all know that he is in Belgium, and not in smelly Kampala where he fled the same people for are now supplementing his food stamps, he talks of people gathering there to mourn Kizito as if it’s the first time people gather to mourn and pray for their dead.

But before we make sense of the message he wanted to give us about the gathering and what was unique about it, he is already telling us about how ‘Rwanda’s demands are hopeless.’ He thinks Museveni is mad for accepting to implement Rwanda’s demands. Serubwa’s assertions come to add to other numerous indications that CMI is opposed to the cessation of hostilities with Rwanda because this is a lucrative source of state loot for them.

Serubwa also thinks that it is ‘madness’ to demand the extradition of Sula Nuwamanya and Prossy Bonabaan ‘this is a human right NGO run by Ugandans and there is no way Uganda can hand them over to such a killer.’ Apparently, the harlot never even follows the news, and if he does, his drugged brain has comprehension issues; everyone knows that the scam NGO runs RNC operations in Uganda including recruitment, mobilization and training of militias with intensions of attack Rwanda.

An online faux petition based on rumors and fabrication surrounding the Kizito Mihigo’s suicide death is currently circulating. It was designed by one Sarah Kagingo, a Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) media operative and a Rwandan National Congress (RNC) propagandist David Himbara.

Kagingo, who had established links with CMI and the Uganda President’s brother Salim Saleh, receives funds to orchestrate all anti-Rwanda online propaganda. She is not only sponsored by CMI and Salim Saleh —whom she is known to have an affair with— to operate her “Softpower” online attack media but she is also tasked with distributing CMI funds to others media outlets like Chimpreport, CommandPost, Spyreports, eyalamaNews, the Investigator and Mulengera amongst others.

Kizito Mihigo was convicted for plotting overthrow the government, he pled guilty and asked for forgiveness. It a crucial fact that Sarah Kagingo and David Himbara omit to say in their petition. Mihigo had said he recognized his error, asked for forgiveness and received a Presidential pardon, something that thousands of prisoners dream to be given. Mihigo was unfortunately not genuine in his plea for pardon as he would later be caught trying to flee the country via an illegal crossing to join anti-Rwandan armed militias in Burundi.

The President had granted clemency to Kizito Mihigo after 4 years on his 10 years sentence. To suspect foul play against a government who pardoned someone involved in a conspiracy against it is cynical. When Kizito was arrested trying to illegally cross the border to Burundi, he sank into depression as he knew what he had just done. He had violated the terms of his pardon and was caught betraying his country for the second time. He knew the prospect of obtaining a second pardon would be very slim.

RNC terrorists had exploited him before, they caressed his ego with promises of fame in exchange for his help in toppling the Rwandan government. Through out his trial and while he served his sentence, David Himbara exploited him in his anti-Rwanda campaign despite the fact that Kizito had pleaded guilty. On his release, it is now obvious that they continued their exploitation with more promises if he skipped his clemency terms and crossed to Burundi.

With Kagingo’s support through various outlets like Softpower, Chimpreport, etc…, Himbara pressed on calling Rwanda an open prison when Mihigo was arrested. However, he changed his tune with the suicide. It was only after it that Himbara began to refer to him as “son” and launched an online petition. Kagingo and Himbara who had not bothered to petition for his release, are now exploiting his postmortem with fake petitions.

While Kizito Mihigo’s Family pleaded to be left to grieve in peace, and specifically called for an end these propagandists’ exploitation of the tragic death, Kagingo and Himbara simply ignored his family request. They went on with their despicable exploitation with fake pictures, audio recordings and fake testimonies, to support their conspiracy theories. To reach their goal, they even went as far as attributing the National anthem composition to their “project”.

Saddly, Kizito Mihigo is just a “project” to them one that can be used to defame and denigrate Rwanda and its leaders who had forgiven Mihigo for his betrayal.

The much-anticipated Quadripartite (Rwanda, Angola, DR Congo and Uganda) Heads of states summit on the Luanda MoU in Gatuna at the Rwanda-Uganda border have just made the much-anticipated announcement. Rwanda will reopen its border if within One month Uganda can prove that Anti-Rwandan hostile activities and operations have stopped in Uganda. The decision is that after verification within the next month, a summit will be called within 15 days to normalize relations between Rwanda and Uganda.

Cross-border traffic was brought to a standstill as a result of a series of hostile policies by the Ugandan regime. It persecuted innocent Rwandans in Uganda in a scheme to oblige them to join hostile groups plotting to destabilize Rwanda. These hostile groups, terrorist militias like RNC, RUD-Urunana and MRCD-FLN, had been enjoying support from the Ugandan regime via its Intelligence Services such as ISO and CMI.

Hostile groups registered fake NGO’s like Self Worth Initiative (SWI) run by Sulah Nuwamanya and Prossy Bonaabana and operated via fake religious organization like AGAPE Church operated by Deo Nyirigira. Innocent Rwandans living in Uganda suddenly found themselves hunted down for refusing to join these subversive groups. Hundreds of innocent Rwandans were arbitrarily arrested, detained incommunicado, tortured and some dying as a result.

The government of Rwanda responded quickly with diplomatic notes and protests but fell on deaf ears, later Rwanda took the decision to issue a travel advisory to protect its citizens. Ever since the Quadripartite first met and signed the Luanda MoU, the main point of contentions have been the persecution of Rwandans in Uganda and anti-Rwandan hostile activities in Uganda.

The Summit has given one month to Uganda to deal with RNC, SWI, AGAPE, RUD-Urunana, etc…

It took pressure and undeniable proof for Uganda to do the right thing with regards to a passport they issued to Charlotte Mukankunsi, the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) terrorist organization Commissioner in Charge Of Diplomacy.

She was received by President Museveni on the 1st of March 2019 along with other RNC officials like Eugene Gasana. Their meeting prompted a letter By Museveni explaining that he met them “Accidentally”. Charlotte Mukankusi had been issued with a Uganda passport No A000199979 one month prior to the Museveni meeting.

Uganda had vehemently denied the claim that Charlotte Mukankusi had been issued a passport. Through their hostile CMI sponsored media outlets like Chimpreport, they claimed the passport was a forgery.

The cancellation of that passport was one of the demand made in the previous Ad Hoc MoU commission. Media sources and Rwandan officials confirm that Mukankusi’s passport was cancelled yesterday, February 20th of 2020.

By cancelling the passport, Uganda is taking responsibility for the material support it had offered the terrorist group. It should go further and dismantle the entire RNC structure mounted in Uganda. They had not just offered RNC a passport, RNC had received much more. For example, RNC in Uganda was allowed to register a fake NGO – Self-Worth Initiative (SWI) – to funnel terrorist funds. The founders of the NGO, Sulah Nuwamanya and Prossy Bonaabana, should be arrested and extradited for terrorism.

RNC Uganda has a known and established structure called “RNC Uganda Province”, cancelling a passport when all these terrorist below are still allowed to operate freely in Uganda makes no sense.

Uganda should take responsibility for RNC activities in Uganda; dismantle and disband RNC

Obed Katureebe, masquerading as Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere is a cold blooded vulture who, for CMI money, will exploit a grieving mother.

Oblivious whether the Rwandan singer who committed suicide even had a mother, Obed Katureebe decides to exploit her grief. The RNC mouthpiece could not care less about her tribulations as she watched for years her son ridiculed to the point of eventually killing himself. But since he pretends to know everything about Kizito Mihigo’s family he should prove it.

Katureebe aka Gakwerere on Facebook should be informed that Mihigo’s family does not wish to be involved in anti-Rwanda mouthpieces’ doltish games of playing with the memory of its lost son. In whatever propaganda they want to peddle, the family has come out to rebuke all the vultures who want to use their son’s death as a meal ticket. They should let his soul rest in peace.
Katureebe, deceased terrorist Karegeya’s cousin will not understand what grief is since he and his prime ally Kayumba Nyamwasaterrorist intend to cause sorrow and misfortune. Their feigned concern for Mihigo is their only way to continuing their anti-Rwanda media campaign, considering that it is hitting a flip-flop due to the ongoing peace talks between Rwanda and Uganda.

On the other hand, the CMI sponsored backing dog is saddened by the fact that one of theirs took his life, a subtraction in the number of anti-Rwanda elements considering the deceased was lured into subversive and terrorist acts by Katureebe’s sponsors.

Nonetheless, Obed Katureebe should know that a dead soul should be left to rest, rather than banking on its demise.

The CMI sponsored troll on Facebook, Titus Seruga aka Serubwa, is worried as the last Ad Hoc Commission of the Luanda MoU provides that Uganda will act against anti- Rwanda militia groups and their supporters. He should have seen this coming as he collected paycheques from the Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI). Lamenting that it is unfair for notorious RNC trolls like Sulah Nuwamanya and Prossy Bonaabana to face consequence for their terrorist work on the basis of their citizenship is just lame. Serubwa is being proactive and hoping that his defense of RNC trolls will act as a barrier to prevent them and himself from being held to account for their crimes.

Given his determination to stay in Europe, he must have known that CMI’s funds to support terrorism would end up with a betrayal. To stay in Europe, he opted to hunt for a husband to marry him to secure a resident permit. His hunt had been successful but unfortunately, his plot was uncovered by Belgium immigration that simply rejected his asylum application.

The clown Seruga had been surviving by writing smear and terrorist propaganda on behalf of CMI on Facebook. Sulah Nuwamanya, Prossy Bonaabana, Gideon Rukundo Rugali, Obed Katureebe of Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere on Facebook and others including this mentally unfit Seruga weaponized social media and used it to openly call for violence against Rwandans and its leaders. Under the disguise of being “human rights activists”, they fueled an online hate campaign to justify the persecution of innocent Rwandans in Uganda.

In short, they have been acting like the RTLM (Radio Milles Collines) during the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis. You did the crime, sooner or later, you pay the price!

Kampala regime’s Uganda Communications Commission based anti-Rwanda Facebook page managed by Obed Katureebe has been tasked by his CMI handler to spread a fabricated narrative of the so-called Rwandan rebels who were yesterday arrested in Uganda. This of course was taken with a pinch of salt; Uganda has failed to prove that they are Rwandans; even as the published names aren’t Rwandese.

But if Uganda proves that the suspects are Rwandans, it should follow the due process, try them or repatriated them if found innocent as they have been repatriating other innocent Rwanda.

The impeccable sources reveal that the paraded suspects were members of anti-Rwanda terror groups RUD-Urunana and Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC; who crossed back to Uganda from a mission.

The conflicted Obed Katureebe did not forget to congratulate ‘Uganda’s security apparatus’, for ostensible protecting wananchi and their property from ‘Rwandan rebels’ who possessed ‘military grade ammunitions fit to arm a military section.’; the nutty Katurebe was rather congratulationg Uganda on shaping false narrative meant to impede the ongoing talks with Rwanda.

While the rest of the vultures have flown off to the newly found carcass, UCC’s Obed Katureebe still lingers on the death of Kizito Mihigo, as a manifest of the significance he carried within the anti-Rwanda project and its architects.

On his Robert Patrick Faty Gakwerere Facebook Page, Obed posts a video of UK based Peter Mutabaruka, son of Celestin Mutabaruka, a leading genocide fugitive, who is amplifying the ‘foul play’ narrative in the death of Kizito Mihigo. The conflicted Obed Katureebe did not forget to congratulate ‘Uganda’s security apparatus’, for ostensible protecting wananchi and their property from ‘Rwandan rebels’ who possessed ‘military grade ammunitions fit to arm a military section.’

When Rwanda says that there are hostile trolls sponsored by the Museveni regime via its intelligence network, one name comes to mind, Titus Seruga aka Serubwa. In his case, it is relatively easy to prove, the sheer number of negative articles and the obsessive behavior he displays in Rwanda is abnormal for a Ugandan “pseudo” activist.

Take the recent suicide death of Kizito Mihigo, compare it to the breaking news that the son of Ugandan the Internal Security Organization (ISO) Director General Col. Kaka Bagyenda was just convicted of murdering his girlfriend. The coverage of these two events clearly indicates who is paid to do what. While a Ugandan court sentenced Brian Bagyenda for 32 years in prison for murdering his girlfriend in Uganda, Titus Seruga posted zero stories about the shocking incident. He preferred to issue three posts on his Facebook page about a suicide death in Rwanda only to get his pay.

When an anti-corruption activist Muhammad Kirumira was shot dead, the Ugandan Intelligence troll offered only one late post in an attempt to divert attention. Paid by Ugandan Intelligence agencies CMI and ISO, Serubwa could obviously not write about the Brian Bagyenda case nor could he do much about the Kirumira murder. On the other hand, Kizito Mihigo’s case represents juicy ammunition to the paid per insult troll.

The result is spectacular; Serubwa dedicates his time and energy in smearing to make a living. He actually out-performed Rwandan terrorists and fellow CMI/ISO sponsored accounts as far as fiction is concerned. Moreover, Kizito Mihigo’ suicide led to a bizarre petition by Serubwa to the Ugandan President.

Prior to the suicide incident, Serubwa was extremely busy writing in defense of Ugandan Intelligence bosses accused of arbitrarily detaining hundreds of innocents Rwandans, of torturing and killing them. The innocents Rwandans were being forced to adhere to subversive groups sponsored by Ugandan Intelligence organs. In the recently concluded Ad Hoc commission on the Luanda MoU, a process to normalize relations between Rwanda and Uganda, the Rwandan delegation requested that the Ugandan authorities involved in the Rwandan persecution be held accountable.

Nutty Seruga aka Serubwa was writing about the unfair targeting of his sponsors was when suddenly, manna food from heaven fell on his plate. The news that Kizito Mihigo had committed suicide was almost an answer to his prayers. He quickly distorted it as a murder and jumped to the conclusion that Museveni should not talk to President Kagame on the Rwanda-Uganda normalization process.

It is easy to see who Seruga rolls for, if Kizito Mihigo’s death was not a clear case of suicide, I would have suspected CMI/ISO of killing him to protect their bosses from facing the consequences of their crimes against humanity. In reality, Seruga is only one pretending to be concerned about Mihigo’s death; his real nightmare (and that of his sponsors) is a normalization of Rwanda-Uganda relations. If no one else commits suicide, they might have to kill someone or stage another death to get more reasons of sabotaging the ongoing peace process.

The CMI anti-Rwanda bark dogs are suddenly a hive of activity. It is all-systems-go as the entire CMI anti-Rwanda blogosphere is suddenly abuzz, all competing for the Museveni award for best conspiracy theory surrounding the death of Kizito Mihigo.

Kizito, who, the Rwanda National Police, through a media statement this morning, stated that the singer committed suicide in his cell at the Remera Metropolitan Police Station; he had been in detention for three days after he was arrested on February 13 in the midst of an attempt to flee to Burundi through illegal cross border route.

It is not surprising that the CMI anti Rwanda attack dogs are alleging foul play, what is shocking is the way they are trying to deliberately concoct extremely malicious theories to lend credence to their cynical allegations of malevolence on the part of the Rwanda security institutions. With their imaginations set in overdrive, the gang of evil is refuting the Rwanda National Police version of events, and instead presenting their own cooked up narrative, that fits their malicious spin.

Like a group of vultures swarming on a carcass (pun intended), the foremost CMI paid gang of Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, Sulah Nuwamanya, Titus Seruga, Prossy Bonabaana, Spyreports, Commandpost, Gideon Rukundo Rugali and others are posting ridiculous tales, in what manifests the sentiments of their masters concerning the death of Kizito Mihigo. The frantic interest in Kizito’s death by the CMI funded RNC executives and their CMI hired sympathisers in Uganda more than anything else, sheds light on why the deceased was so eager to abuse the Presidential benevolence and flee to Burundi, another RNC operations base.

Kizito Mihigo, who has been enjoying his freedom in Rwanda courtesy of a Presidential pardon that cut short his 10-year sentence, did not only violate the conditions for a Presidential pardon, he was also being investigated for use of illegal routes and attempting to bribe people to facilitate his passage into Burundi.

Mihigo was in February 2015 convicted to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to crimes including conspiracy to murder President Paul Kagame and other top leaders of the country.

According to the Police media statement, he committed suicide two days after his family and lawyer visited him in police custody. Commentators suggest that Kizito may actually have had an underlying mental problem that led him to make numerous bad choices in life.

The latest assignment for the anti-Rwanda social media brigade is a competition about who comes up with the weirdest conspiracy theory.

Never the ones to disappoint, the CMI anti-Rwanda propagandists are outdoing each other in creating ant-Rwanda conspiracies, some of which are so unreal to they would leave fiction novelist James Hardley Chase in awe.

Except that the CMI fiction theorists are not in the business of entertaining anyone. Theirs is a cynical mission aimed at smearing and discrediting the Rwandan leadership.

The current reigning champion in conspiracy theory composition is without doubt Spyreports who carried one from a theorist with a very fertile imagination.

Spyreports’s entry was about Rwanda attempting to ostensibly ‘effect regime change’ in Uganda, through the Buganda Kingdom.

Bob Atwine’s Spyreports jumps on an already tired narrative of Rwanda meddling into Ugandan internal politics of which none would buy. But the whole intention is to hoodwink Ugandans that Rwanda is the root cause of the ongoing mess; which I return would escalate the tensions between two countries and benefit those who have been milking the standoff for their own interests.

The manner in which the theory is delivered would make it an award winning script for the next and best 007 of all time. The tale sounds like a CIA classic, except that they want people to believe that this is actually a real Rwandan plot, as part of Rwanda’s grand plan to oust the Ugandan ruler.
