The Uganda’s Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence (CMI) dwarf Titus Seruga aka Serubwa is clapping for smears unleashed on Twitter by the PARMEHUTU maniac serving as Ugandan Minister of State for Regional Affaires. The Minister of State, Philemon Mateke, renowned for his PARMEHUTU ideology, tweeted a fallacy about Rwanda’s food distribution as a diversion of what Senile Museveni’s regime was doing in Uganda. In Uganda, the corrupt regime is mixing stones with beans and posho to hoodwink Ugandans that they are being taken care off during a month long lockdown.
Dwarf Serubwa is paid by CMI to run anti-Rwandan propaganda to create diversions from the nepotistic kleptocracy run by senile Museveni. For the past 35 years, Uganda is riddled with corruption and mismanagement scandals. Sadly, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Museveni’s cronies only focus was how to swindle money on the back of suffering Ugandans. They orchestrated a scam in food distribution, adding stones and other impurities to increase the weight of distributed food.
The food distribution scandal led to arrest in the Ugandan Prime Minister’s office but fell short of touching the real culprits of the scheme. Powerful cronies like Museveni’s own brother, Gen Salim Saleh, were involved. The proof is that, astonishingly, government claims they are unable to cancel the tender award to the supplier of food mixed with stones.
Dwarf Serubwa, unable to defend his corrupt regime, falls back to fallacies written by their PARMEHUTU diehard Mateke. He seeks for a scapegoat pressed by CMI to defend a defunct regime. Inadvertently, he also accidentally validates that Philemon Mateke is active in the Ugandan sponsored anti-Rwanda propaganda.
The incoherence of the Ugandan regime denials that Mateke is active on Twitter while their trolls cite him is an indication of how chaotic and disorganized Senile Museveni’s regime has become.
There is a saying that when something rots and smells, it attracts flies. This analogy rings true of senile Museveni’s situation, whose rotten system has a high affinity for attracting undesirable elements and society rejects.
You only need to look at the crowd he surrounds himself with and you will agree that the senile old man is smelly, which is the reason why he is surrounded by parasites with an insatiable appetite for decayed stuff.
If you are still in doubt, I will draw a short list for you, and I will start with Brig Abel Kandiho, the head of CMI, a parasitic intelligence chief who has collected a horde of other like-minded bootlickers and placed them at the service of his frail boss Museveni.
Kandiho and his side-kick… are responsible for recruiting undesirable freeloaders like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati (RPF) Gakwerere who is wasting space at the UCC, denying an employment opportunity for deserving young Ugandans.
There is Titus the Midget Seruga, the male harlot who went to Belgium in pursuit of a Belgian boyfriend, falsely claiming persecution in order to be accorded asylum so that he can be with his boyfriend. Being a dwarf both in physique and mentally, the Ugandan midget failed to convince the asylum officer and his application was cancelled. Since his boyfriend realised the midget was a liar, he dumped and abandoned him in the cold, literally.
Lucky enough, CMI thought the midget fitted their recruitment portfolio and that is how the wannabe midget blogger was hired as an anti-Rwanda troll, joining a swarm of other incompetent and mentally deranged Museveni parasites.
Armed with bitterness caused by a failed relationship with his Belgian boyfriend, Titus the midget was deemed the right CMI arsenal against the Rwandan leadership.
Well, like his RNC comrade-in-arms Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi, the midget always skived off English Grammar lessons and struggles to express himself, but Museveni and CMI are none the wiser.
The CMI swarms of flies are now buzzing around the dismissal of the Rwandan Minister of state for EAC affairs, and are labouring to make this about Uganda.
Acting on the briefing passed down from their senile master, the CMI flies are claiming that the state minister was dismissed ‘as a sacrifice by Rwanda so that Museveni can send in food’ ignoring the fact that Ugandans themselves have been starving.
This should be understood in the context of senile Museveni’s sourgrapping after his alliance with anti-Rwanda terror outfits led to numerous political, social, military and economic misfortunes, where the Ugandan economy has effectively collapsed.
With the spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic, senile Museveni is desperate for a distraction, hence the instructions to his CMI attack dogs to spin the dismissal and turn relate it to Uganda’s problems. Hearing the CMI midget talk about Rwanda sacrificing her official for Ugandan food, you are reminded of Museveni’s delusional reasoning that God endowed Uganda with arable soil and gave tarmac to the countries neighbouring it, which is the reason he thinks he should hold neighbours at ransom.
Senile Museveni fails to understand that it would serve him to concentrate his little remaining time and energy on saving Ugandans from abject poverty and humiliation that he has caused them for the last 34 years.
But what does he do instead? He is using the meager resources available to service the egos of his cronies and paying anti-Rwanda terrorists and trolls to attack and mudsling Rwandan leaders. At the end of it all, it is ordinary Ugandans who continue to sink into the abyss of poverty.
Since his unceremonial dumping by the Belgian boyfriend and subsequent cancellation of his asylum application in Belgium, the CMI wannabe midget blogger Titus Seruga aka Serubwa has been showing interest in other men, particularly the elderly Museveni and his intelligence chief, Brig Abel Kandiho.
Seruga the midget has been flirting endlessly with the two men like a teenage girl seeking the attention of a popular schoolboy. Problem is, he is miserably let down by his written English grammar and his flirtatious posts may go unnoticed or not understood by his target crushes.
The midget seems to have been romantically aroused to see his old crash in sports gear struggling to do push-ups, ostensibly to demonstrate to Ugandans ‘how to exercise indoors.’
While Titus the midget is aroused by this, Ugandans questioned how the hell Museveni expected Ugandans, majority of whom live in tiny slum shacks, to excise when they barely have space to sit in their houses. It is like the poor man who told a rich man that he did not have food to eat, and the rich man advised him to eat cake.
While Ugandans wondered why Museveni was mocking their squalid living conditions by expecting them to exercise in their shacks like him, whose office is the size of an entire slum area, all the CMI midget Seruga could see was a ‘sexy’, ‘muscular’ Schwarzenegger-Museveni, even when Ugandans thought it was gross for someone’s grandfather to be showing his fluffy body and pot-belly tummy in public, and to add salt to injury, offering the gross images for Ugandans to view.
The Belgium based CMI midget attention seeeker is among the daftest in Abel Kandiho’s employ. But then, when you come to think about it, the way CMI itself is constituted, it can only attract Serubwa’s quality kind of brains.
There is a Kinyarwanda saying that those with a defficiency in brain substance will always believe they have the monopoly to smartness.
CMI trolls and their RNC henchmen have unecessarily shot up their blood pressure upon reading the release concerning the decision by Rwanda’s leadership to forfeit their April monthly salary for high ranking officials, so that the money can be chanelled towards helping those affected by the Coronavirus lockdown.
As expected, Charles Kambanda of the sex-for-grades infamy and other RNC terror outfit propagandists have jumped to the bandwagon, attempting to portray the initiative in bad light.
Serubwa the midget thinks he has enough brains to understand the way Rwanda conducts her Government business. So as to be seen as ‘knowledgeable’, Serubwa and the RNC propagandists look at Rwanda through the prism of Museveni’s administration, as they carry out their state house, CMI and Rujugiro sponsored trolling.
The CMI and RNC terrorist trolls are attempting to poke holes in an initiative by Rwanda’s senior leadership to forfeit their April salary in order to assist the vulnerable during this difficult period; forgetting that their sponsor is yet to come up something tangible to save his already suffering citizens apart from running televised shows teaching history.
Underatandably, the empathy defficient trolls reacted with skepticism because they would never understand how that could ever possibly happen anywhere. An initiative like this would never see the light of day in Uganda, where Museveni’s cronies are even squabling over the distribution of food and other goodies donated by well-wishers targeting the miserably poor Ugandans.
In Museveni’s uganda, the scenario is the other way round. Instead of the affluent members members of society, (majority of whom are Museveni’s cronies in the army and senior public service positions) helping needy Ugandans, it is the needy Ugandans who must toil to sustain the obscenely affluent lifestyles of the ruling class.
It would not be the first time that Rwandans in general sacrifice for the greater good of Rwandans and Africans. If Museveni were a honest man, he would acknowledge the fact that had it not been for Rwandan refugees to join his NRA in the 80s, his lust for power would have stayed a pipe dream. Museveni and his cronies should therefore not be surprised that Rwandan leaders have made a unanimous decision to make a small sacrifice to ensure that the less fortunate in society can be cushioned from the tribulations that come with the prevailing lockdown occassioned by the global Coronavirus pandemic.
Obviously, the Ugandan ruler is not happy about the humanitarian initiative by the Rwandan leadership because he construes this as ‘setting a bad precedent’ because Ugandans will definitely be wondering why their leaders have abandoned them at a time of misery and uncertainty.
Titus Serubwa is a psychologically unstable CMI troll. Since there is none-the-wiser between Kandiho and his trolling midget, they both assume what they are saying about Rwanda is accurate.
The CMI troll is a jumpy nervous wreck, whose mood of the day depends on the kind of text he receives from his Belgian boyfriend. Ever since the Belgian boyfriend dumped him and his assylum application cancelled, the CMI midget has been sucking up to his CMI boss by insulting his ISO rival for him, so that Kandiho could ignore that he had fled Ugandan in the first place and let him return to Uganda.
Titus Seruga, alias Serubwa’s monologue rants against Uganda’s Internal Security Organisation boss (Rtd) Col Kaka Bagyenda is a manifest of long simmering conflict between Abel Kandiho and Kaka Byagenda occasioned by the allocation of the intelligence operations budget. Serubwa is simply a proxy being fronted by Abel Kandiho to intimidate his rival into submission so that he can cede the battle for the state house budget.
Apparently, what Serubwa has been writing about Rwanda is not the issue. Rather, as credible sources have indicated for some time, the conflict between the two intelligence chiefs is the dominant subject, and Rwanda is only featuring as collateral damage. As Serubwa fights his boss Kandiho’s proxy war against Kaka, he is obliged to follow the anti –Rwanda propaganda editorial line issued to him by Museveni’s handlers.
Commentators say it was only a matter of time before the conflict between the two notorious intelligence chiefs came to the fore. The two gentlemen are known to put their personal interests first, and their conflicts over money allocated by Museveni have been a constant feature in intelligence boardrooms. Kandiho has ammunition in Serubwa to overpower his bitter rival.
Titus the midget is too self-conceited for this life. For some obscure reason, Titus Seruga, alias Serubwa the shortie believes he is a fortune teller is sorts.
It could be the result of a false sense of empowerment and self-importance he derives from being a CMI lapdog, but some people tag it to the short man syndrome, a psychological condition where men who are vertically challenged tend to compensate what they lack in height with a false sense of superiority complex which they excessively pile on those around them.
The condition also leads victims to aggressively seek attention and may throw tantrums if they fail to get the attention their condition makes them think they deserve. A very fat ego. Recently, the midget made a fool of himself when he posted on his Facebook page a desperate lamentation aimed at attracting the attention of the palace cheese boy, the GMO general who had himself been throwing tantrums, fuming about a tweet by The New Vision which he perceived to be praising Rwanda. Well, he was sorted by the social media community (which follows no palace protocol) and was jolted back to sobriety the hard way.
Now back to the psychotic midget. Intending to take advantage of the inebriated and infuriated cheese boy, the midget messaged the GMO general that he had closely guarded ‘classified information that Rwanda had paid The New Vision for praise.
After failing to get the attention of the totally stoned cheese boy, Seruga the midget sent a parting shot, warning the cheese boy that he should be afraid because Rwanda had also paid those around him, who are supposed to provide him with information. The midget warned that this was the reason why the palace cheese boy had failed to lend him an ear.
It is apparent that Seruga the midget has tried for long to penetrate the GMO general’s circles in vain, hence the tearful despair. With an irregular check from CMI, the midget wants to find an alternative source of income, after (s )he was dumped by his Belgian boyfriend.
The midget has now resorted to piling his frustration on the Coronavirus, mumbling to himself in soliloquy, like a man possessed. He has now appointed himself the advisor of the Ugandan authorities on Coronavirus. Problem is that they too, are too overwhelmed by the daily unraveling of their cover up of infection cases in Uganda to give him any attention. Titus the CMI sponsored midget has become a very frustrated man and his psychological condition is not helping.
Bob Atwine’s SpyreportsUg / CommandPost, the Ugandan regime sponsored media outlets is misinforming the public with a fallacious claim that a Rwandan lady infected with COVID-19 deliberately went to Uganda to infect Ugandans. They claim she was arrested and tested positive without any proof.
So far, the only positive COVID-19 result in Uganda is that of a 36 years old Ugandan man who returned from Dubai on the 21st of March 2020. Amazingly, Bob Atwine also makes no mention of the 70 cases of suspected cases who simply bribed their way out of quarantine. The reason is simple; sponsored by the Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), he is trying to cover how corruption will soon kill Ugandans with a scapegoat.
The corrupt NRM system is aware that a massive outbreak is about to happen, wants everyone to ignore its shortcomings by launching a witch-hunt. Mushimiyimana Delphine, the subject of the misplaced alarm, has been turned into the bogeyman by the usual suspects that claim she was sent to infect Uganda. Her sin, being Rwandan and not offering bribes as others have done to bypass all measures put in place to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in the Matooke republic.
Unfortunately even if she had bribed her way in, she would still be hunted down to fit the sponsored Rwandaphobic message. In Uganda, travelers can pay bribes at the airport to avoid quarantine while others will pay it at the quarantine and escape. NBS and New Vision reported that Chinese nationals suspected to be COVID-19 positive paid bribes to avoid quarantine. About 40 of them who had escaped the quarantine were arrested in a house in Naguru and about 30 more bribed their way in at the Airport.
Hundreds are said to simply pay the $1400 quarantine fee to avoid being on lockdown for medical observation. In hindsight, who would really blame these Ugandan officials? Their leader, right after announcing stringent measures against public gathering to combat the pandemic, went on to organize a grand opening of the “Sino-Uganda Industrial Park”. It was a clear signal that he too puts money before health issues.
The only reason why they single out Mushimiyimana Delphine is that it gives them an excuse as to why soon, the pandemic will wreak havoc in their country. The real cause is corruption but they will take Ugandans for a ride with false claims that COVID-19 was the result of a conspiracy theory.
The toxic mix of corruption and COVID-19 will certainly lead to dire consequences. They should search for their corrupt agents, and ask them how many suspected cases they overlooked for money. The hysteria around Mushimiyimana is misplaced; it’s a diversion from real issues.
Readers should be reminded that Uganda had not confirmed a single COVID-19 case not because there are no cases but just because the country had no testing infrastructure in the place, now that China has aided them with kits, Museveni’s government confirmed its first case and Ugandans should prepare for the tough times ahead.

Seruga also know as Serubwa or Kaseruga (owing to his small size) lies that Rwanda has 1000 cases, and that a Rwandan national has been sent to infect Uganda. Fact is the first reported case in Uganda happens to be a Ugandan national and the most probable cases will be caused by the endemic corruption in Uganda. He overlooks that about 70 suspected cases who traveled from China recently bribed their way out of quarantine and opts to obsess about one case. He then threatens war for his fictitious infection from Rwanda; but since the 1st source of COVID-19 in Uganda turned out to be a Ugandan national from UAE (Dubai), will he be declaring war on UAE?
The CMI dwarf and his poisonous post also forgets that a Ugandan national is amongst first confirmed COVID-19 cases in Rwanda. Would he therefore suggest that Rwanda declares a war on Uganda too? The coward, agitating for wars, should also do a fact check on COVID-19; it is his country of residence that counts cases in thousands, Africa still has less than a thousand cases.
His rumormongering, paid for by the decaying corrupt Ugandan regime, will not work. Eventually, all those who bribed their way out of quarantine in Uganda and those who take corruption money to create diversions like Serubwa, will be held accountable for the crimes.
An astonishing event deserves special attention with the recent COVID19 pandemic. It is a case of academic fraud and dishonesty, whereby a University publishes a sensational title for political propaganda use. Makekere University published a strange paper claiming it has found the novel coronaviruses in Rwandan bats. Scientist worldwide will be laughing at the Uganda University in shock that during a pandemic, they opted to play propaganda tunes.
Claiming that one has found coronavirus in bats is not breaking news that will reward the university with any recognition. Bats are natural reservoirs of a number of coronaviruses; one would not win an award for making such a discovery. The study, conducted between 2010 and 2014, and published in 2019 was talking about SARS (SARS-CoV) and other coronaviruses that are usually found in bats. It was not talking about COVID19 (SARS-CoV-2) that is currently the focus of global efforts. Skillfully and deliberately, the University plays on words and misinforms with a sensational tweet.
Truth be told, the University is stating common knowledge for propaganda purposes. Coronaviruses can be found in bats in Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, in Asia, and elsewhere. The University deliberately links its discovery with COVID19 to seed confusion and panic. As Rwandans do not eat or interact with bats, the spicy barrier is intact as in most places in the world. Diseases and viruses in bats stay in bats and do not cross to contaminate humans.
With their deliberate misinformation, it is obvious that the once-respected university is weaponizing the COVID19 pandemic against Rwanda. When they tweeted, “Earlier research by Makerere University detected Coronaviruses in Bats in Close Contact with Humans in Rwanda”, they want to insinuate that bats are giving Rwandans COVID-19. The insinuation is a pure lie, a rumormongering ploy to create panic. The source of COVID-19 has been established, its spread observed from Asia, to Europe to America and finally to Africa.
By lending the name “Makerere” to this pseudo research, republished for propaganda purposes, the University endorses the anti-Rwanda hate speech enclosed. Their timing in announcing that Rwandan bats have the Coronavirus as the world fight the COVID-19 pandemic indicates a calculated move to tarnish Rwanda. The hostile move is mainly due to the rampant corruption that now defines Makerere University. Some individuals in Makerere – where corruption, bribery and all kinds of malpractice have long become the norm in the Museveni era – are now obviously participants in the anti-Rwanda propaganda games. The motive is clear, why else would anyone release such a misleading “research” now?
Not so long ago, we saw a COVID-19 miracle cure announced by the Ugandan President and the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament. They promised that in two weeks they will have the cure ready to kill COVID19 and any other viruses, something that no one has managed to claim so far. If Makerere University is seeking to be recognized as a Coronavirus center of knowledge, they should research and publish the miracle cure on COVID-19. Republishing old papers and deliberately confusing readers turns the whole university into a center of misinformation; academically, they cannot possibly fall lower.
It has long been obvious that Kampala’s propaganda media will leave no stone unturned to tarnish the Rwandan leadership. Such was the case a few days ago when NBS – one of Uganda’s supposedly mainstream media houses that have now been fully incorporated into the regime’s misinformation services – hosted the completely unhinged, long-out-of-service UPDF major general known as Kasirye Ggwanga.
One of the things the long-retired general did at the interview with NBS’s Simon Kaggwa Njala was to hurl gratuitous insults at Rwanda.
Kasirye Ggwanga is a man known to have Idi Amin-like tendencies, having served in Amin’s army from 1972 up to when the Tanzanians routed them in 1979 when he was a staff sergeant. In 1985, Ggwanga left the Mawokota and Mubende (Buganda) based UFA rebels to join Museveni’s ascendant NRA.
Hosted by NBS’s Kaggwa Njala, Ggwanga yelled: “Kagame went and killed Patrick Karegeya!”
Ggwanga – whose utterances on that very show also included demented assertions that he had “died and went to heaven and spent there five days but God sent me back to earth” – did not explain how he reached his conclusions.
More importantly, NBS has left itself a laughing-stock even with its most loyal viewers, for hosting and giving free rein to an aged man that everyone knows is always out of his mind from his extensive abuse of illegal substances, and whose main method for sorting disagreements is grabbing his gun and firing it, at anything that his deranged mind does not like. In the comments section, a viewer called Myers Mushabe rightly commented: “Kaggwa Njala is the wacky one! How do you even think of bringing this junky in front of cameras?”
According to inside sources in NBS, Ggwanga’s utterances about Karegeya are part of a plot to keep dredging the discredited accusations against Kigali in the man’s death in Johannesburg on New Year’s Day 2014. In Rwanda, however, people viewed Karegeya as a public enemy. That was after Kayumba Nyamwasa and Karegeya, the RNC founders – with Museveni as their inspiration and main backer – openly declared war on the lawful government in Kigali, and went ahead to put their words into action.
In interviews on their propaganda organs, such as Radio Itahuka, beginning in the 2010s, the RNC chiefs quite openly admitted, “to dislodge the regime in Kigali is our goal number one, and we shall do it!”
In subsequent 2010-14 grenade attacks in crowded public spaces such as markets and bus stops in Rwanda, which investigations showed were RNC’s doing, 17 people died and over 400 were injured or maimed. Those investigations further showed how the masterminds; the planners of the attacks were operating from neighboring Uganda – a state whose leadership for several years now has partnered with RNC and other terror groups like FDLR and RUD-Urunana in plots to destabilize Rwanda.
Ggwanga, whose utterances upon examination always turn out to serve the interests of Museveni and his brother Salim Saleh, likely didn’t notice, but the moment news of Karegeya’s demise reached Kigali, people hit the bars and other places of leisure in celebration. One of the killers had met his end, and people celebrated in ways some compared to how Americans did the news of Osama Bin Laden’s killing.
Observers point out that Ggwanga’s masters – who are determined to weaponize Karegeya’s demise in a South African city well known for its high murder rates – miss the point that to the average Rwandan, whatever way Karegeya died was of little concern to them. All that mattered to them was that a terror perpetrator was dead and out of the way.
On the other hand, even Ugandans wonder: Why are these Museveni minions always peeping into Rwandan matters when they have far bigger issues in their own country that remain unaddressed?
The Museveni regime is openly guilty of extra-legal murders of so many Ugandans. Beginning way back in 1987 when the late Minister in Museveni’s government and former commander of a rival rebel group, Uganda Freedom Movement (UFM), Andrew Lutakoome Kayiira was gunned down in his house, by people who left without taking anything, the hand of Museveni is always seen in those crimes.
The extensive report of the British Police investigation into that murder submitted to Museveni has to this day not seen the light of day. The Ugandan ruler received it, and somply sat on it. “If Museveni is not guilty why has he never released the report?” people like exiled opposition leader Dr. Aggrey Kiyingi ask.
The regime also is yet to come clear on the deaths of Gen Aronda Nyakairima, who died on a flight from South Korea to Dubai in September 2015. The former minister – and former army chief – was known in the circles of power for strongly opposing the machinations known as the “Muhoozi Project” to ensure Museveni’s son inherits the presidency. It has been reported by sources from inner circles of power that Aronda died of poisoning at the hands of a female regime agent planted on him.
Before him Brigadier Nobel Mayombo, a highly popular officer, respected and seen by many as a future leader had died, also from poisoning. Ironically, Mayombo and Aronda were relatives through the latter’s mother. It was of little wonder to anyone when video surfaced of David Sejjusa, a former regime insider, disclosing that not a single Museveni official – ministers, generals, or MPs trusts him.
“It has reached the extent none will eat food served at any public function, so that they move about with little bottles of water and rolled chapattis in their coats,” said Sejjusa.
So many have died leaving behind loved ones, widows, and orphans. AIGP Andrew Kaweesi, Sheikhs and Muslim clerics have been killed. Ibrahim Abiriga was assassinated with his brother cum-driver/bodyguard. CIP Muhammad Kirumira died. Yassin Kawuuma died – shot dead by Museveni’s praetorian guard, the SFC, on orders of the President’s son Muhoozi, in the vehicle of Kawuuma’s employer, Kyadondo MP Robert Kyagulanyi better known as Bobi Wine. The killing was obviously a mistaken identity, the real target having been Bobi Wine.
Despite all these cases of regime-murders that they should be explaining to the Ugandan public, Museveni minions are intent on using the death of self-admitted terrorist Karegeya in South Africa to try to demonize Rwanda, some note in wonder.
The very fact that NBS would choose to host Ggwanga as some kind of expert analyst or authority who can even comment on Rwandan matters is reflective of a desperation in Kampala that has for some time been apparent for anyone to see. The Kampala regime is desperate to keep the narrative alive that “Rwanda somehow is the bad party in the deteriorated relations between the two countries”.
Now their desperation has reached a level where they feel the need to call on an obviously unhinged individual like Kasirye Ggwanga as their messenger!
This old man, who with his unkempt white hair and dark sunglasses – a perfect image of the dreaded Amin State Research agent or Papa Doc and Baby Doc Duvalier’s Tontons Macoutes – looks and talks like someone with a very short fuse, is best known for the frequency with which he shoots at people’s vehicles and other machines without provocation and with total impunity.
On one of his drug binges last August, Ggwanga shot out the tyres of a truck carrying eucalyptus tree logs, claiming he was protecting the environment.
People were asking: “who gave Kasirye Ggwanga the brief to protect the environment?” On the other hand, the owner of the truck, one Gerald Wambi in Mityana said the trees were on his private property, not on public land.
However, according to Wambi, even when he recorded a complaint with the police he got no help. Up to today.
The unhinged retired general that very year, in January, had shot musician Catherine Kusasira’s car. He was complaining that the music coming from the vehicle was too loud. No law and order authorities has investigated that incident to this day. Kasirye Ggwanga also had shot and burnt someone’s tractor.
These are the activities of a lawless individual that, when subjected to scrutiny, are emblematic of the very regime he serves. It beggars belief that Kin Kariisa’s formerly respected NBS has sunk to a level where one of its chief anchors, Kaggwa Njala, now considers a mad man and drug addict like Kasirye Ggwanga to be a serious political analyst and commentator on Rwanda or any other subject. This is the most convincing proof that Museveni and Saleh have now fully coopted the NBS as paid shills for the regime’s propaganda effort. It also confirms that any dissenting and independently-minded journalists and media managers have been sacked as earlier demanded by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), on orders from Museveni’s State House.
